The old part of the house is over 150 years old, it has been refurbished and upbuilded. The layout of the house is typical istrian: there are two bedrooms on the first floor, one sofa in the passage room, and on the ground floor there are living room, kitchen and a new bathroom.

The front yard is fenced, big enough for lazy pastime, with sunbeds, rocking chairs, swings, tampoline and inflatable pool for the youngest. On the terrace there is a sitting area with garden furniture.

There's a family of 6 people living here, including two children, aged 8 and 6, eager to make new friends. We produce high quality vine and olive oil, which you can taste and buy. The Istria region

Istria is one of favourite destinations for foreign visitors to Croatia. Bordering Slovenia and with a maritime border with Italy, this peninsula is easy to reach from the rest of Europe and is also well-connected by air to the main airport in the region, Pula Airport.
This is a bilingual region, the official languages are Croatian and Italian. Many people say that istria is a lot like Tuscany, with its soft, green hills and beautiful small towns on top of them... There are dozens of them, each well worth a visit, to mention a few: Grožnjan, Motovun, Hum, Momjan... While here, you should visit Arena, famous and well-preserved Roman amphitheater in Pula, then Brijuni islands, Lim Fjord, Baredine cave, Rovinj, pearl of Istrian towns, Hum, the smallest town in the world and so many other things to explore...
Istria offers huge range of various events, sports activities, festivals, concerts, excursions etc, so not a day will pass without an interesting memory for you!

“Excellent hosts, warm, friendly; a very enjoyable week”

Reviewed 3 Jan 2013

We were made to feel welcome as soon as we arrived. A very relaxed week, with excellent hosts. Always there to answer any questions and offer useful advice and tips about the local region, but never intrusive. The accommodation was good for us as a family of four (two young children) - bedrooms spacious, property clean and plenty of outdoor areas to play in and explore. Kitchen and lounge adequate for our needs. Lots of good beaches in the local area (about a ten minute drive) and some beautiful hill towns to visit too. The location also offers up opportunities for walks from the Villa - best early or later in the day.
