Description

An independent private bungalow, part of a large two acre property called CARLOS' HOUSE, with amazing views, a constant cool breeze in a quiet and lush garden. The bungalow has it's own attached bathroom, a kitchen and porch, as well as free access to high speed wireless Internet. The bedroom has a large and comfortable double bed and is air-conditioned. International TV channels.

Located in the Bukit area of Bali. Very close to world class surfing spots, Padang Padang, Uluwatu. Also nearby are restaurants and spectacular beaches. The airport is 15 Kms away, and just beyond that lays Seminyak and greater Denpasar area. Amenities on the property include an eleven-meter long “infinity” style share swimming pool, which overlooks the coast with two covered areas as well as plenty of lounge chairs tables and sunshades. There is also a covered parking area. Your host is a long time resident in Bali and will also be able to help with organizing car or motorbike rental, contact with a guide for day trips on the Island, or advice if you want to venture independently, or any other needs that you may have.

COMPLEMENTARY SERVICES: HOUSE KEEPING - There are three staff members who take care of the housekeeping and maintain the property they work on a permanent basis six days a week, excluding major holidays. They are friendly and quite approachable. FREE AIRPORT PICK UP - For guests that stay a minimum of four nights, we have a car and driver that can be arranged for airport pickup.

We have 5 INDEPENDENT PRIVATE spaces in the property. Each one is very private with AC bedroom,kitchen and living room, cable TV, Bathroom and porch. Also High speed WIFI.

Swimming pool and gardens are to share with other guest, however even when we are fullybooked maximun guest including yourself and your company are ten. In general our property is very quiet as most of the guests go to the beaches or have a tour in the island...

Getting around

Automatic scooter is what nearly all our guest prefer,as they are very easy to ride ,cost 5$ a day. Car (we have a large parking area) cost 20$ a day. Car with driver (recommended if you want to explore the island)cost 70$a day including chofer, petrol and car. Taxis: Ask the staff and in 5 minutes one will arrive.

Interaction with guest

I am an artist painter, as the property is large there is a private art studio( you are welcome to visit). If i am in Bali at the time of your stay, I am available to help guests with information or to have a chat. Of course I love to know my guests but understand that they are staying here for reasons other than meeting me.The amount of interaction is determined by my guests.

No Parties or Events allowed as we want keep the property quiet and relaxing for all guests, this means that we don't allow loud music or parties.

CHECK-IN
As in most guesthouses and hotels it is standard procedure to register guests with the local authorities. For this we will need a photocopy of your passport and the visa on arrival, this is usually done within the same day and Passports will be returned to guests promptly.
