SUBURB LOCATION AND ELEGANT STYLE IN A PEACEFUL RICE FIELD SETTING

Kupu Kupu Villa is everything a holiday accommodation should be. This newly built villa has masterfully combined a suburb location with an elegant but simple style in a relaxing and comfortable environment.

Kupu Kupu is rich with detailed wood and stone carved designs to perfectly match the relaxed feel and energy that contributes to the "feel good" factor that will reignite the senses as well as nurture the soul. The intention of this holiday villa is "To reinvigorate and renerergise ones internal self and to activate a new way of being, experiencing and relating."

THE LOCATION

The villa is just a 2 minute garden pathway walk behind the popular and easy to find landmark Bintang supermarket in Ubud/Penestanan. This private and peaceful location is ideally situated for so many reasons including the 20 minute walk to Ubud centre or the picturesque village of Penestanan. Within a short walk of the villa is a taxi stand, several great restaurants and cafes, shopping, yoga, massage studios and beautiful spas.

THE DESIGN AND LAYOUT

The layout has a real feel of luxury and privacy in a peaceful surrounds. The carefully crafted and high-quality build includes high vaulted ceilings, Granite tiles, as well as teak and stone carvings.

-Lounge Kitchen and Dining

Enter through beautifully engraved wood doors to a very spacious open plan kitchen, dinning and lounge. This open plan area is finished off with granite tile floors and high ceilings and features a limestone lotus flower carving to reveal the adjoining rice field. The open air lounge and dining have the perfect view overlooking the beautifully landscaped private pool and garden courtyard. The lounge is equipped with a flat-screen TV and DVD Player.

-Bedrooms and Ensuites

Both bedrooms also face onto the pool area, each complete with its own dressing room and a garden bathroom featuring a private lush tropical garden shower. Both bedrooms feature individually controlled air-conditioning units as well as ceiling fans to keep the rooms pleasantly cool.

-Private Pool and Garden Courtyard with Bale

This area has large stone carved fountains and a Bale to relax and rest.

Kupu Kupu is Balinese for butterfly and symbolises the changes that occurs from one's sub conscious and conscious resulting from their external environment. Kupu Kupu Villa is intended to do just that. To reinvigorate and renerergise ones internal self and to activate a new way of being, experiencing and relating.

This newly built villa is easily accessed in a great location in Penestanan / Ubud. The villa is situated in the quiet and peaceful location of the rice patties behind Bintang Supermarket. This very private newly built villa is complete with high vaulted ceilings and a very large open plan living, dining and granite tiled kitchen, centered with an open air view of the pool and private garden court yard. The 2 spacious bedrooms are both each equipped with its own private ensuite tropical garden.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Bruce (the owner) a message.

    If Bruce (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
