BOUTIQUE Bed and Breakfast. LUXURY AT A BUDGET PRICE

A stay at Angel House can be anything you want it to be – a cosy couple’s escape, a week of sun, fun and shopping with friends, or a group booking with all 3 suites for a family or special event. Private, luxurious and safe setting in a walled tropical garden with pool, yoga space and bale/gazebo as well as a guest kitchen.

Angel House has 3 guest suites, Sandat suite, Jepun suite or Lumbung suite.

The air-conditioned and fan cooled bedrooms features custom designed handcrafted furniture, fine Balinese linens and soft furnishings, digital security box, reading lights and tea and coffee making facilities plus unlimited filtered drinking water.

All guest suites have enclosed, ensuite bathrooms, unlimited high speed fibre optic WIFI and private veranda with table and chairs.

Sandat suite with king bed, large flatscreen TV and DVD library + 1 sofa bed which converts to a double bed (suitable for children under 10 sharing parents room), private entrance & veranda. From $45/night 2 pax including breakfast.

Jepun suite with 2 king single beds (110 x 200cm) can be configured as a 1 x king bed perfect for families or friends travelling together. This room also has Aircon, safe, and tea & coffee making facilities. From $45/night 2 pax including breakfast.

Set apart from the main villa is the Lumbung suite with Double bed, draped mosquito net, Aircon and fan cooling, enclosed ensuite bathroom and private balcony. This room overlooks the pool and faces East towards the rice fields and river. Admire the sunrise from the privacy of your bed. From $40/night 2 pax including breakfast.

Angel House sleeps 6 adults + 2 children in comfort with all 3 rooms booked. IF YOU WANT TO RESERVE THE WHOLE OF ANGEL HOUSE, PLEASE CHECK OUR WHOLE VILLA LISTING ON THE SITE.

Children can accommodated in parents room if sharing the Sandat suite on the sofa bed (suitable for children under 10 sharing their parents room). There is no charge for babies sharing their parents bed. Extra charge per child per day.

The bale also has a guest kitchen for all day tea or coffee making with fridge.

Angel House boasts a spacious downstairs living & dining areas with windows opening onto the delightful Balinese garden with beautiful Frangipani trees, green lawns, Bale (Gazebo) for yoga, painting & relaxing PLUS a stunning swimming pool (1.6m deep), fish ponds and traditional Balinese Temples.

Included is complimentary Filtered drinking water, Hi Speed WIFI, recycling, daily housekeeper, qualified massage and beauty therapist plus daily ‘blessings/offerings’ to our house temples; you are welcome to participate. We are a 5 minute walk from the main fresh produce market of Pasar Mas (Mas market) and a short stroll into the tourist village of Tarukan Mas. Short stroll to local supermarket, ATM, restaurants, art galleries and hospital with pharmacy and 24hr Emergency department.

Angel house provides guests with the perfect opportunity to escape to the artistic, cool and picturesque heart of Bali. We are 10mins from central Ubud, in the small village of Mas with woodcarvers, art galleries & shops, close to Bali National Art Gallery & MANY wonderful restaurants & cheap warungs. As a keen cook, the huge shared kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need, including a full-sized refrigerator, 5-ring gas stove and oven, silverware, dinnerware, pots/pans, glassware, toaster, smoothie maker, bread machine. We can even shop for your needs if you let me know your requirements :) Filtered water is supplied FREE for drinking and we encourage you to refill your water bottles to reduce the amount of litter in Bali. We participate in Eco Bali recycling, collected weekly.Behind the house are rice paddy's (Sawah) for an easy way to see spectacular scenery, sit and watch the rice farmers tending their fields, ducks & cows. Why can't I call Kadek (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Kadek (the owner) a message.

If Kadek (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
