Lovely cosy apartment for 4.

Lounge with large south facing window.

Two 2 seater sofas.

Fully equipped kitchen/diner with electric hob and oven, fridge, microwave, kettle & toaster.

1 Twin bedroom with south facing windows.

1 Double bedroom with south facing windows.

Shower room with electric shower, wc and wash hand basin.

A provisional booking will only be confirmed on receipt of a deposit of 20% of the total rental within seven days of making the booking. Payment of the balance is payable 6 weeks prior to arrival, full payment at time of booking is required if less than seven weeks before your arrival date.

A towel bale, comprising 1 bath and 1 hand towel, can be ordered for the duration of your stay at a charge of £6.

Communal laundry facilities and chest freezer.

Accommodation is available from 4pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. It may be possible to obtain earlier entry or later departure dependant on availability.

On arrival, we provide washing-up liquid, kitchen roll, toilet paper, hand soap, salt & pepper.

Well behaved dogs may be accepted at a cost of £30 per week but are not permitted in bedrooms or on any furniture and must not disturb or be a nuisance to other guests.

Owing to the presence of the lake and the river, children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times, the owners accept no responsibility.

Rivermead Farm cottages are strictly non smoking.

Guests are asked to consider obtaining cancellation insurance, neither deposit or balances are refundable.

Cheques should be made payable to Rivermead Farm.
