Description

One of two new villas built in 2013 at the beach of South China Sea in central Vietnam. Distance to the beach is 3 meters, distance to the pool is 5 meters. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen so you can cook anything you want. There is a TV in the living room.
The villa is located in a nature reserve, Xuan Dai Bay, which was instituted by the Government of Vietnam in spring 2011. The area is famous for its beautiful bays, islands and reefs.The people here live off fishing out at reefs at night. They use lights to attract the fish. From the villa it looks like a long string of lights - 100's. The host speaks English and Swedish.

The house is located in the small fishing village Ganh Do, which means "red reef." Here you have the opportunity to experience the real Vietnam, everything from the local market to the small shops located along Highway 1A at walking distance from the resort. The village pagoda, temple, is worth a visit. There is a nice garden.

The beautiful beach invites you to strolling, swimming and playing in the beautiful setting and the lovely breeze. The slightly wet sand is similar to a road - totally smooth and moderately hard - no traffic! If you want you can use the pool 8x6 m and lie down in the comfortable chairs beside.

There is much to see and experience on your own in the area. I'll be glad to give you suggestions about what to see at walking distance. You come very close to the locals and their way of life. The local market in the village is spared from tourism and novelties and there is instead genuine products. There you can buy meat, fish, fruit, vegetables etcetera.

The local buses are cheap and have good frequency. With them you can easily explore the nearest towns. The nearest airport is about 45 km south of Tuy Hoa (TBB) with about 180 000 inhabitants. Recently they have put in two modern trains with air conditioning that go all the way from Ho Chi Minh City to Tua Hoa / Quy Nhon.

It's cheap to fly in Vietnam, both from Saigon (SGN) and Hanoi (HAN). Tuy Hoa is the closest airport to the south (45 km ), Quy Nhon from the north (65 km). From Tuy Hoa / Quy Nhon you take a taxi to our resort, less than hour and a bit more than an hour respectivly. A taxi can be provided when you arrive.

How do damage deposits work?
