Description

Siraz is a spacious, luxury and tranquil air-conditioned four bedroom apartment set at the foot of the mountains on two floors with breathtaking views of the sea, village and mountain ranges. It benefits from a 10 minute walk to the buzzing, lively village bars, restaurants, shops and beach. With the entrance balcony at first floor level the apartment takes advantage of the beautiful views. The apartment is designed to the highest standard with a large lavish fully equipped kitchen including everything you would expect; dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, large fridge/freezer, microwave, iron and ironing board etc.

The apartment is open plan with a spacious dining area. Both the luxury kitchen and open plan American style lounge fan off from the dining area. A twin bedroom and luxury shower room leads off from the lounge. The lounge has a large balcony with table and chairs overlooking the landscaped gardens and large elegant swimming pool. Here you can sip your evening tipple whilst watching the stars and the sparkling lights of the village.

A wide palatial staircase winds up from the entrance hall to three further bedrooms, two large and one smaller, and family bathroom, including the master bedroom with a en suit shower room and balcony with again stunning views of the sea, village and mountains.

All bedding, sheets and bath towels are provided and the apartments are cleaned thoroughly at the beginning and end of your stay. If one wishes to have a maid service, paying a modest fee directly to our agent living in nearby can provide this. Please leave the apartment in a clean and tidy state. The apartment is non-smoking. The Fidan pool and Gardens are for the use of residents only.

“Peaceful luxury apartment”

Stayed here for a nice winter break and it ticked all the boxes, the apartment was not only spotless but it had every luxury convienience required, all fittings and fixtures were the standard of a luxury hotel and of course being at the back of the village (10-15 min walk to the sea) provided a peace haven with stunning views of the surrounding land and seascape from the beautiful large balcony. We are planning to return soon (later this year) to enjoy the large swimming pool and beautiful gardens, just now counting the days !!!

“A fantastic apartment and the most relaxing place to stay”

This was our 5th visit to Turunc and we were not disappointed. The Shiraz apartment is beautifully decorated and spacious. The balcony hosts a beautiful pink flower which provides a fantastic framework for the mountain and sea views. The views from the pool of the mountains are breathtaking and the gardens which surround the sunbathing area are well kept and perfect for relaxing. We love Turunc and will be back again very soon.

How do damage deposits work?

If Peter (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
