If you are looking for peace quiet and complete privacy then this villa has it all. Beautifully furnished and equipped , ideal for 8 people in 4 en-suite bedrooms.

The villa has its own olive grove and lovely secluded pool in the gardens. There are several dining areas inside and out, mosquito screens and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Sunbeds provided and an outdoor kitchen and bar with BBQ and fridge.

International television + DVD/CD player.

The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, microwave, juicer, electric oven and 6 ring gas hob, fridge/freezer, hostess trolley.

Two of the bedrooms are downstairs. Bedroom 1 is upstairs with a full en-suite including a corner bath and separate shower and has access to it's own roof terrace. Bedroom 2 is also upstairs with it's own en-suite with bath and separate shower. Just off this bedroom is a room with a travelcot. There are 2 travel cots at the property, 2 highchairs, baby bath and playpen can also be provided, please ask. We can also put you in touch with a very reliable babysitter who we use ourselves for our grandchildren.

There is a large woodburner in the sitting room and also gas/electric heaters throughout for the cooler winter months. All rooms have air conditioning. The swimming pool has roman steps and is 10 by 4 metres and completely private. The local town of Turre is 2 miles and has a good supermarket and several bars and restaurants whilst Mojacar and several beaches is just an easy 10 minute drive away.

Please ask about off season discounts for smaller groups out of the main season.
