A beautiful house equipped with everything you could possibly need right down to toys and cutlery for the little ones. This was our second stay and already looking at dates to return. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone

Fantastic stay. Beautiful house. Done to a very high standard. Great location opposite the beach. Very comfortable and spacious. The house has everything you could possibly need-even toys and books for our three year old. We couldn't recommend it more.

“Lovely house in an ideal location”

Rented this lovely roomy house in Maidens for two nights while attending a wedding nearby. The ground floor bedrooms are all bright and airy but the upstairs living room area is definitely the selling point for this property with floor to ceiling windows and patio doors offering great views of the nearby beach. The kitchen/diner has everything you need to make cooking and washing up a breeze. The owner, David, was very helpful and allowed us an extra couple of hours before we had to leave on the morning after the night before which was much appreciated. This property is excellent value for money and if we ever have the inclination to visit Ayrshire again, we will definitely book this house.

“Home from home”

This house was an excellent base for our holiday in Ayrshire. It was so well equipped with everything we needed for our week long stay. Our 4year old grandson even found a wonderful supply of toys in the wardrobe in his room which kept him really happy during our holiday. The only downside was, because the bedrooms were downstairs, if you were in bed while others were in the living area, especially a young person, you could hear the footsteps, tv ec., clearly.

The villa is beautiful and is situated in a small cul-d-sac with a great view of the sea. All four bedrooms are spacious no -one is going to end up with the box room as there isn't one! The kitchen/dining is well equipped with all mod cons. The living-room is large and from here there is a fab coastal view which is enhanced by the telescope. The property was spotless and very well looked after. The shop across the road sells everything from newspapers to breakfast - and you can also dine in. There is a very good restaurant within walking distance and also other restaurants in the area. We were only there for the weekend and didn't venture very far afield but we love the sea air and walked along the shore and out to the end of the harbor. The owner met us to give access and show us how to operate heating etc. also gave us loads of info on things to do and places to see/eat. We were there to celebrate my daughters birthday and to quote her " I don't want to leave" What other recommendation can we give?

“A beautiful house in a spectacular location.”

The accommodation was first class; a spacious, comfortable, clean, modern house with added coziness thanks to the log burning stove. Set on a quiet street, with unobstructed costal views to Arran and Ailsa Craig. As cyclists, we were keen to get info on the local area from a biking perspective. The owner was more than helpful providing us with local knowledge and maps. A friendly & well stocked newsagent across the road catered for breakfast supplies and the restaurant on the seafront was fantastic for dinner (booking recommend - it is very popular!). An all round lovely place to stay, which we would love to return to.

“Very comfortable, well-equipped, beautiful scenery and loads to do”

Had a wonderful weekend at the villa. Really well equipped spacious property with great sea views. We were only up for the weekend visiting friends but on the Saturday managed to get out on a run along the coast to Culzean Castle which has beautiful scenery followed up by watching England beat Scotland in the rugby with the wood burning stove which is a lovely addition (perfect day all-round!). We had a really nice meal at the local restaurant, Wildings, which I can thoroughly recommend and great value for the quality of food you get. We would love to stay at the Villa again but next time will pack the golf clubs!
