In a still preserved place, "La Maison Manati" is located, south, ideally between the sea and the jungle.

This 650 m2 building, commissioned by French couples, completed in late 2017 by a talented European architect, is unique in its spectacular organic forms, inspired by both Zaha Hadid and Luis Barragán.

It offers exceptional panoramic views of its surroundings.

Immaculate white, the design of "La Maison Manati" is enhanced by a decoration with colorful Mexican accents, which gives a cheerfulness and a local accent, perfectly adapted to the region.

The villa is directly on a wild beach where you will come across turtles, pellicans, and other extraordinary animals. Access to the sea, turquoise, is protected by the coral reef, which will allow you to swim and snorkel safely. 20 meters of coral plateau, then offers you an infinity of sandy bottoms, punctuated with coral potatoes where nest tropical fish ...

Also at your disposal are double and single kayaks and paddle boards, as well as a real botanical garden.

So that your stay is ideal, nothing has been left to chance: cinema room with a giant screen 4K, with Apple TV, a fully equipped gym, a giant roof terrace, out of sight, with jacuzzi, sofa, deckchairs, ... a breathtaking view, both on the lagoon, the open sea and the jungle, where birds of all kinds are flitting.

6 spacious rooms can accommodate from 12 to 14 people.

The master-suite spreads over the lagoon over 70 m2 ... In the distance, just opposite, the famous ruins of Tulum.

The bedding and linen are of the highest quality, each room having a unique design, a refined decoration, and superb views. Bath and beach towels and shower products are provided.

The pool is overflowing, with a direct view of the ocean. It has a giant window and lights at night with the color you have chosen.

A couple of guards will be at your disposal 6 days / 7 and will do everything possible to make your stay unforgettable. A chef will come everyday to prepare your food, and he can also do grocery shopping for you.

Less than 500 m from the house, you will find diving clubs, the famous "Cenoté Manati" (or "Casa Cenoté") and restaurants.

Nearby you can also enjoy golf courses, the most famous Yucatan Cenoté "Dos Ojos", famous sites such as Xel Ha and Akumal and theme parks. You will not miss visiting the famous ruins of Tulum, Coba (less than 45 '), Tulum beach and all its fashionable places, the Sian Ka'an Reserve, a a little further, classified as World Heritage by UNESCO, and the tumultuous nightlife of Playa del Carmen ... Then it will be the return to calm, every night, in one of the most incredible villas of the Riviera Maya: The Manati House!--

How do damage deposits work?
