Y Beudy is a luxury 5-star graded cottage which was recently converted into an extremely well-equipped holiday cottage.

The cottage has its' own unique character and style - boasting the very finest in furnishing and fixtures.

Original pitch pine beams and trusses show scrawled dates varying from 1894 onwards and during the time the cottage was renovated the owners have managed to keep many of the original features incl. exposed stone walls etc.

Slate floors and quality leather and pine furniture with a few traditional iron beds complement the setting! Don't be mistaken into thinking that you are stepping back in time for your holiday though - Y Beudy has wi-fi, Nintendo Wii and NEFF kitchen appliances including dishwasher and microwave.

The cottage benefit from oil under-floor heating on the ground floors and radiators on the first floor.

Each bathroom or shower room has a heated towel rail.

The cottage has a DVD player and Nintendo Wii

All the crockery, cutlery, kitchen equipment, bed linen, towels, tea towels etc are provided free of charge but please bring your beach towels!

A welcome hamper of local Welsh produce awaits you on arrival with homemade Bara Brith with local butter and eggs.

There is ample space for car parking and an additional parking area if required for trailers, boats etc.

There are plenty of things for children to do - there are castles to visit at Criccieth, Caernarfon and Harlech where they can sample some authentic medieval atmosphere. There are bikes to hire, horses to ride, windsurfing to learn....the list is endless! A choice of sandy beaches - what more could a child want?! Paddling, swimming, surfing, sailing, are all activities available on the Peninsula. Horse riding, boat trips, cycling are all ways a child can enjoy the beautiful countrysid
