From the owner

Panthea villa is a well equipped 2 bedroomed Villa that sleeps 4 with facilities for an extra 2 at an additional cost for cleaning. 2 bathrooms, open plan Kitchen, Lounge and Dining area. It is situated in the quiet country side just outside of Paphos between Paphos and Tsada on the Polis road.

There are beautiful sunsets and views of Paphos bay. It has it's own garden and patio. There is a large balcony where you can sit in the evening gazing at the stars with your favourite tippal. The 18 hole Tsada Golf Club is a short distances from the Villa making it an all year round holiday home. It has easy access to Paphos beaches and the surrounding villages with their friendly good value restaurants.

It is ideally situated for touring the Island to places such as Coral Bay, the Akamas Peninsula (turtle beach), Troodos Mountains, the Avaskas Gorge. Polis (Aphrodite's Bath) and also Aphrodite's Rock. Also ideally situated for golfers.

A car is essential (cars are right hand drive) to enable access to numerous shops and restaurants in the nearby villages. Paphos has plenty of shops and restaurants to suit all tastes. A hire car can be arrange and if needed the hire company will escort you to the Villa .

Air conditioning is available but at an extra cost of 10 euros per days

If David (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
