<p>Nestled within a beautiful hidden valley with a stream running through it,this property offers guests the opportunity to completely get away from it all. Although the cottage will feel like it’s in a different world,a pub with good food is just a ten-minute drive away in Chudleigh Knighton and a large selection of shops are available in nearby Chudleigh and Bovey Tracey. The forest which surrounds the property is a haven for wildlife and offers a range of walks straight from the front door of the property. For those who want to catch their dinner,trout and coarse fishing lakes are also nearby. There are a range of National Trust properties and gardens nearby and Canonteign Falls,Torbay,Dartmouth,Salcombe and the pretty coastal village of East Prawle are all within easy driving distance.</p><p>This charming ground floor apartment offers one king-size bedroom with en-suite shower room and WC. The cosy lounge/diner has expansive views out towards the woodland and has a Freeview TV/DVD for catching up on your favourite shows and films. There is also a woodburner effect electric fire to snuggle in front of. If you choose to stay in and cater for yourselves,the kitchen has an electric oven and hob,fridge with small freezer compartment and a microwave.</p><p>Outside is a shared seating area for guests to enjoy the sounds of the countryside,a small games barn with table tennis and a dart board and a small paddock where your pet dogs can be exercised off the lead and have some fun. Walks through the woodland can be accessed from right outside the front door and ample off-road parking is available.</p>
