From the owner

Residence consits 3 floors.

On the first floor there is a kitchen with all necessary equipment and spacious living room with LCD TV, couches and billiards . From the living room you can get out on the terrace overlooking the pool. On the first floor there is also one room, decorated as a children's room, with a single beds and 2 bathrooms with a shower cabin

Second floor consists of 4 bedrooms - 2 with double beds, 1 room with two single beds and one single room. Three of the four bedrooms have a balcony . On the second floor there is also a large bathroom with a tub and an anteroom with a large closet (or a pantry) .

Third floor consistS of two rooms, both with double beds (but not king sized beds). One of the rooms has a balcony. Third floor also have a living room with with big sofa bed and LCD TV, there is also a table for playing table football and other games. On this floor there is bathroom with a shower cabin. There is a kitchen too.

SWIMMING POOL AREA:

Swimming pool is private. Only for you.

Near the pool you have BBQ area, there is picado game, beer on tap (can be oredered for you).

KIDS AREA: there is a kids playing house, trmapoline, spinning carousel for kids to play, also there is a swing and teeter totter for kids too.

You will also have access to gym, sauna 2 time a week for free (more is extra charged), and whirpool.

Free Parking placeS are in front of the house.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Antonia (the owner) a message.

If Antonia (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
