This premises intended for the most demanding travelers looking for absolute comfort in sunny Split.

The building is located in new part of town of Split, in the area Znjan, within a 10 minute walk from beaches. This neighborhood has been completely restored and is now one of the most popular areas in Split because of number of beaches..

The zone is ideal to walk by the sea routes or with bicycle , to relax and to disconnect due to its quiet and pleasant mediterranean atmosphere.

This is a cozy two bedroom apartment, with lovely lounge in living room and beautiful balcony , including complete bathroom and separate toilet.

There is a fully equipped kitchen adjoining a dining area with seating for up to 7 people beside a bright lounge with flat-screen television . Off the lounge area is a balcony with a table and chairs, perfect for relaxing with a glass of Croatian wine after a hard days sightseeing.

The apartment also has a washing machine , dish washer and wi-fi Internet with laptop, as well as air conditioning.

The one bedroom contains a comfortable double bed with a large wardrobe and second bedroom 3 single beds with wardrobe also.

The sofa in the lounge folds out into an enormous double bed creating a second bed if it's needed.

Bed linen and towels are being provided free of charge.

The apartment is on the second floor and lot of free space arround building to park car.

The apartment is surrounded by lots of shops, famous squares, bars and restaurants that certainly adds plenty of new emotions to your gastronomic discoveries.

The largest possible number of the guests is 7 persons.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Sanja (the owner) a message.

If Sanja (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
