The villa (semi-detached house) is situated on a hill, overlooking Tropea and the sea. This villa has a large living/dining area with a veranda, with a dining table and chairs, armchair, double sofa bed, stereo, well-stocked bookshelves. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, gas cooker, and oven and there is a WC/utility downstairs. It has both air-conditioning and central heating. Internet. Upstairs there are three bedrooms. Two double bedrooms with double beds and a terrace with sea view and one twin bedroom with single beds and a window with a hill view, sofa bed in the living room, and two bathrooms one with wash machine and one with a shower. There is also a shared well-stocked garden, with patio, flowers, and trees, and an Infinity pool with saltwater and hydromassage. There are chairs and a table for outside dining, bbq, wood-burning brick oven "PIZZA", we have old spring water. Two private parking. It's a 15-minute walk to the beach and the center of Tropea where there are plenty of restaurants and bars. Rules of the property
The customers are advised that the swimming pool will be operational from April 1st to October 30th. The swimming pool hours are from 10:30 A.M. to 12:30 A.M. and from 15:30 P.M. to 20:00 P.M.
