Description

The best sea view in Tropea, fabulous sunsets with the Stromboli in the background. Although close to the main course, and totally QUIET 5 MINUTES WALK FROM THE BEACH through the stairways that connect the city center to the waterfront. Just below the house there are bars, restaurants and shops. It can comfortably accommodate up to five people: triple bedroom with double and single bed, living room with sofa bed, independent kitchen and spacious with fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, stove with four burners and oven, bathroom shower. It 'also equipped with Wi-Fi FREE and unlimited, air conditioning (a splitter), 32-inch LED TV with digital terrestrial antenna, smoke detector and carbon monoxide, washing machine, hairdryer, ironing board and iron, linen bed, kitchen and bath towels, kitchenware, household cleaners and for the person, needed for newborn at a surcharge (camping cot, highchair). FREE PARKING 700 meters from the house in the new area of ​​Tropea (the old town of Tropea is ZTL, limited traffic area for residents only). Seen from the sea the apartment seems to be on the fifth floor but is actually the third because the building there is a basement and a ground floor. The building, being in the old town, and no elevator. If you want to treat yourself to a few relaxing hours you will have a special agreement for access to the Wellness & Beauty of a four star hotel in Tropea, you'll find in the apartment the brochure. With Resolution No. 39 of 20/08/2012 the City of Tropea apply the tourist tax under article 4 of Legislative Decree 23/2011. The tourist tax is € 0.50 per day per person (over 12 years) and is applied up to a maximum of 15 consecutive nights.

With the local trains can reach the towns of Pizzo, Scilla and Reggio Calabria. From the marina you can embark for excursions along the Coast of the Gods or the Eolian Islands; you can also rent boats, sailing and motor boats. To visit the hinterland the machine is required.

Comply with the timetable for the separate collection of waste, undertaking not to leave the garbage in the apartment of days prior to departure. At the time of key delivery: wash dishes and put them back in their place, empty the refrigerator, leave hygienically acceptable kitchen and bathroom. The number of visitors will in no case exceed the agreed number.
