***UPDATE: Open for bookings from July 15th 2020. Due to the circumstances, we’ll be taking extra care to adhere to all cleaning protocols advised, and ensuring a full 24hour break between bookings to allow for deep cleaning. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.***

A very welcoming and comfortable house with all your home comforts provided. How much nicer to stay with friends or family in your own space rather than being restricted to one room in an hotel. On arrival you will have supplies for a welcome cuppa and snack and I always like to leave a complimentary bottle of bubbly chilling in the fridge. I am happy to provide provisions for an egg/bacon roll/sandwich if you are arriving at times when it is difficult to get to the shops.(especially if you are rushing off to golf in the morning!) Please request this beforehand. Happily provided at no extra cost.

This is a superb luxurious beachfront 4 bedroom double upper property with large ground floor entrance hall giving access to the lovely south facing garden and the beach. The house boasts panoramic views overlooking the sea to the Isle of Arran, Ailsa Craig and the Heads of Ayr. It also has lovely views of Royal Troon Golf course and is the first property on the beachfront next to the famous Royal Troon Golf Clubhouse. The sunsets never cease to amaze you.

There are 4 spacious double bedrooms, a beautiful living room with fantastic views, large dining modern kitchen, 4 bathrooms with underfloor heating. There is a secure private garden with lovely summer house and gate giving access to the beach, cycle path and promenade.

A cot is available and there is an extra single bed which guests can make up for a ninth guest.

I permit dogs at a fee of £30 per dog but prior permission is required and dog rules require to be adhered to.

I will make every effort to meet you on arrival. (But only if you want me to!) I live at 56 South Beach and so it is really no trouble for me and sometimes it is good to be shown around the home if you are unsure of anything. I try to leave as many notes and instructions for your convenience. I would be upset if you find something is not working when you are staying and then be told at the end of your visit! Please contact me if you are having trouble with anything while you are staying so that it can be resolved immediately and does not spoil your visit. I also very much appreciate being told if there is anything you feel is lacking or if there is something I could do to improve your stay.

Sorry no house parties for the younger generations! / Family parties,however,are welcome.
No smoking in the property. Confiscation of deposit if this rule is disobeyed.
Fee of £45 per dog for visit. Prior approval required. Dogs are not permitted to be left alone in the property. Not permitted in bedrooms or furniture. Do not leave a dog unsupervised in my garden and every attempt must be made for them to do their business outside the garden. Pick up immediately if any fouling in my garden.

If June (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
