Luxury Villa Family has found its place in a pine forest, in the northern part of the island Čiovo, with magnificent views of the sea. Villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden, full of Mediterranean plants that are intertwined through the flagstones. The villa has been carefully designed and built with a lot of style, looked to every detail, and its position ensures plenty of sun and shade during the day, so you could freely enjoy all the benefits of this island and villa.

Property of Villa Family covers an area of 1000m², villa itself occupies an area of 400m².

Luxury Villa Family consists of three floors; the ground, the first and the second floor. It has 7 bedrooms and 2 duplex, the number of 12 beds, 5 bathrooms, 1 toilet, and is suitable for comfortable accommodation of 16 people.

Interior of this luxury villa is chosen with a lot of taste, and large and spacious rooms that reflect modern times are equipped with designer furniture.

The ground floor of the villa has separate entrance, and a room with double beds, sofas to relax and suite bathrooms.

To the first floor of the villa lead external stairs from which you enter to a spacious covered terrace (45m²), equipped with seating furniture, and an indispensable and unique view of the sea and the Kaštela Riviera. This level is consisted of a modern and fully equipped kitchen, area for dining with table and chairs, living room, which is equipped with a comfortable sofa, modern furniture and the latest technology LCD TV and DVD player. Living area is separated by a glass wall from the spacious balcony (17m²). There are three bedrooms on this floor. One of them is the master bedroom with a double bed and suite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a double bed. The third room is equipped with two single beds. On this floor there is another bathroom with shower.

The first and the second floor are connected by an external staircase. There are two apartments on the second floor. Each apartment contains modern, fully equipped kitchen, a part for dining with table and chairs, living room equipped with modern furniture, comfortable sofas and excellent audio and video equipment. In each apartment there is a bathroom with shower, a bedroom with a double bed, and a gallery (duplex) equipped with two single beds. One apartment has a balcony (17m²) which is equipped with sitting furniture, while the other has a 24m² large terrace where you can enjoy your morning coffee.

Besides the beautiful sunny and also shade kept terraces and balconies that this villa features, great and indispensable role has a beautiful outdoor swimming pool (32m²-heated) located in the center of the garden. The area by the pool is equipped with sun loungers and parasols. Near the pool there is another large terrace (72m²), also equipped with sun loungers, parasols and outdoor seating furniture where you can enjoy in the beautiful view. As an indispensable part of every Dalmatian household, on the property of the villa, by the pool there is an outside tavern with a grill where you can prepare various dishes and relax with a glass of wine.

In the vicinity of villa, approximately 1000m away, there are hiking and biking trails, where you can enjoy a walk or ride through the gardens and olive groves, and in this way you can explore this magical island.

Luxury Villa Family is fully air-conditioned. Villa is equipped with LCD TV, Hi-Fi, CD and DVD players and wireless Internet access. It has fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, hood, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, fridge and freezer, juice maker, blender, toaster; iron and ironing board, safe, washing machine. Baby cot and high chair for children are available on request. There is also an outdoor swimming pool, garden furniture, sun loungers, parasols, sun deck, outdoor fireplace, parking place (3), garage place (2), and bicycles for guests (6).

How do damage deposits work?
