Description

Independent on the front of the houseboat apartment, consisting of 3 parts. On 90m² you will enjoy over water a modern and space close to nature, in contact with the fauna and flora. Enjoy amazing views over the green banks of Triel-sur-Seine from the comfort of the sofa lounge, or from the corner meal and kitchenette the upper level. On the lower level, enjoy the quiet of the 2 rooms, lulled by the current (1 bedroom with 1 bed for 2, and 1 room with 3 beds 1 place), and their bathroom (1 sink and 1 shower) and separate toilet. PS: The owners live and work on the back of the barge, but are completely independent housing "bow" to rent. Only the lobby is common, and access on the dock.

Es ist sehr sauber, und die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Besonders schön ist es auf dem Sonnendeck zu frühstücken bzw. Abend zu essen. Der Komfort im Ganzen lädt zum Verweilen ein. Dennoch gibt es in der Umgebung viele Möglichkeiten für Unternehmungen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.

How do damage deposits work?
