Little Sandyfield is a gorgeous 2 bedroom property just 2 minutes walk from the beach. It is part of an exclusive development next to the beach of Treyarnon Bay. Treyarnon Bay is a fabulous large beach with beautiful golden sand. Perfect for families for surfing, sandcastles and fishing in rock pools. The beach is perfect for an evening picnics or BBQ and when the tide is out there is a large natural swimming rock pool at low tide.It is an 'Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty' and Little Sandyfield is situated in a development just 50 meters from the waters edge and coastal footpaths. Internally the property has been finished to an exceptionally high standard. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, one twin and one double with king size bed. One bedroom has French doors onto a Juliet balcony overlooking the courtyard and the other room has lovely rural views. The modern bathroom has a bath with a shower over, and under floor heating.
