Skylarks is a lovely holiday home situated in a cul-de-sac towards the top of Trevone, yet just a short walk down to the sandy beach. Newly decorated, furnished and equipped throughout, being airy and spacious, and with distant sea views, the house is perfect for a family beach holiday.

The interior is well equipped to make your stay as comfortable as possible. And with a woodburner in the lounge, Skylarks also makes a cosy house for winter breaks.

Trevone Beach is just a short stroll from the house and has a sandy, gently sloping beach making it ideal for children. There is also a shop selling everything from ice-creams and coffees to wet suits and buckets and spades. Trevone also has a farm shop open all year and selling groceries, wines and beers. Just around the corner from the main beach is ‘Rocky’ beach, which is perfect for rock-pooling and dog walking.

If you want to explore the area further, Trevone is located on the ‘South West coastal path’

If you want to explore the area further, Trevone is located on the ‘South West coastal path’ so you can walk from here around to Padstow in one direction or the beaches of the ‘Seven Bays’ including Harlyn, Constantine and Treyarnon in the other.

Alternatively, Padstow is just a few minutes’ drive from Trevone and it is here that you will find a larger selection of shops, cafes and restaurants. So whether you want a day browsing for gifts or to treat yourself to a meal out, this is the place to head to.

Also in Padstow is the start of the Camel Trail, the bike route that winds along the side of the Camel Estuary taking you to Wadebridge and Bodmin. From Padstow you can get a ferry across to the village of Rock, again with a choice of restaurants and lovely sandy beaches.

All in all, Skylarks makes an ideal base for families and friends, for either summer holidays or winter breaks.
