Location description from owner

The Veneto region

Treviso has a grace that you will find no where else. The center welcomes you with its colored medieval streets, lined by porticos and palaces, many still with original frescoes. There are many things to see:Piazza dei Signori, and the main road, Calmaggiore, in the heart of the town; the numerous and interesting churches; the interweaving water courses that make it a fresh city of water; characteristic corners like the fish market and the Buranelli Canal. The Sile River runs through the town and it can be pleasantly explored among nature reserves, old mills, aristocratic villas and local restaurants. Numerous are the local production, from the wellknown "Radicchio Rosso" to the "Prosecco" wine and the "Tiramisù" dessert.
