Description

Park House Cornwall Bed and Breakfast is a beautifully refurbished 300 year old cosy house in the heart of Tregony village. Once upon a time our breakfast room was the local pub with its traditional inglenook fireplace, bursting with character. We are a stones throw from the local pub, perfect if you fancy a meal and a wee drink without taking the car. Less than a minutes walk away. The local shop and Post Office is next door, very handy. The beaches are a 5- 10 minute drive away and the North coast around 30 minutes. There is a bus service from the square, to Truro or the simply must see picturesque harbour village of St Mawes. I am afraid we don't take dogs, although we do love them!

Tregony is a fantastic base to explore the awesome beaches and coastal walks along the south coast, also very central to the rest of Cornwall. Everywhere takes at least 30 minutes really to get to in Cornwall, so don't let that put you off, you might miss a few gems! Paul and I have

Everywhere takes at least 30 minutes really to get to in Cornwall, so don't let that put you off, you might miss a few gems! Paul and I have almost 15 years experience in the hospitality industry in Cornwall. We have lots of local knowledge to help you plan your day and ensure that you eat well. Paul is the Head Chef at one of the most special hotels in Cornwall. There may be a wee glass of bubbly if you book dinner there!

We are very child friendly, as we have two of our own! Isabella who is six and Anna is three, they thoroughly enjoy meeting our guests.

Room 1 is on the ground floor and is a good size with a beautiful white bathroom with very large walk in powerful shower.

Both rooms have large freeview televisions with DVD players, WiFi, coffee and tea trays.

We serve a superb continental breakfast with deliciously warm, just out of the oven croissants, fresh coffee or tea, orange juice, yoghurt, museli, cereals, toast and fresh fruit. All served with local butter, jam and marmalade.

Breakfast can be served anytime from 7.00am through till 9.30am.

Location description from owner

The Roseland Peninsula region

Tregony is situated on the beautiful Roseland Pennisula. The stunning beaches and coastal paths are a 5-10 minute drive from Park House. The north coast is a 30 to 60 minute drive depending on what part you would like to explore.

The wonderful Eden Project is 25 minutes away and there are superb gardens dotted all over our area. Cornwall has simply boomed with fantastic local restaurants in the last few years, we can recommend and point you in the direction of most.

In October Falmouth hosts the famous Oyster Festival, which is such good fun and a fabulous way to try an oyster and perhaps a wee dram for the first time.

St Mawes and Falmouth are super busy sailing spots, whether you like to take to the water yourself or simply while away the day watching the boats go by.

There is a great ferry service from St Mawes to Falmouth and if you're lucky spot a dolphin or two!
