This deconsecrated chapel ist situated on the same ground as the villa with our ref. no. i5.511. It is full of charm and history and you can see the date of the construction of the chapel "1733" carved into the external wall.

Situated on the border between Tuscany and Emilia Romagna, a region known for its good food like: Tortellini, Parma ham, Parmesan cheese and Ravioli are all from this area. Tredozio itself, the small town at the foot of the hill, boasts a Michelin starred restaurant whose chef will come and cook for you on request. Tredozio also hosts concerts during the summer ranging from Jazz to Chamber music, and has tennis courts, shops and restaurants.

The chapel has been converted into a confortable home for two persons. Living room and dining area, bathroom and fully equipped separate kitchen on the ground floor. The sleeping area is on the mezzanine floor that opens onto the living area.

The tenants have the use of the swimming pool of the ref. nr. i5.511, besides having their own gazebo with outdoor furniture for outdoor living.

The house owner, the Countess Maria Teresa Vespignani Boselli's grandfather was a famous sculptor, Giuseppe Graziosi. In Modena there is a glyptotheque in his name. The Countess might surprise guests with a tour of the main house and Graziosi's works dsplayed in the house.

Guests will be welcomed by a complimentary bottle of La Collina own wine.

For stays of more than a week, a change of bed linen and towels is provided. The pool will be cleaned every day by the gardener.

It is possible to have dinners prepared on request.

Local products such as: honey, cheese, eggs, olive oil, vegetables, chickens and rabbits are grown and produced on the estate and can be purchased directly.
