The loft has a lovely view and a unique natural landscape. From the house you can admire a beautiful view of the sea, which is only 10 meters away and can be reached on foot directly from the house through a staircase on the cliff. The interiors are made with accuracy and functional. The loft bordering the sea, consists of 1 big living room, with kitchen, bathroom and a beautiful BIG WINDOW and terrace overlooking the sea with a breathtaking view. The loft is is equipped with every comfort (air conditioning, TV-sat sky , washing machine, air conditioning , wifi with internet point for free , barbecue, etc.) and has a large private terrace and also free parking .this loft is located in an ideal location between Palermo and San Vito lo Capo (with its famous white beach), and the pristine Zingaro Nature Reserve. The most beautiful beach in Italy is San Vito lo Capo and the gulf of Castellamare on the north of Sicily and we are in the middle. We are not the only ones who support it, but millions of travelers each year decide to spend their holidays in the sea in Italy as a destination and choose the beautiful Sicily. Appreciated for its long golden sand beach and crystalline waters

The Sicily region
Sicily is the largest of the Italian islands, separated from the Continent by the Strait of Messina and surrounded by the Ionian, the Tyrrhenian and the Mediterranean Seas.
It is one of the pearls of Southern Italy and can be discovered, understood and experienced through a series of itineraries dedicated to areas of interest ranging from nature to history and traditions.
Nature seems to have endowed all its wonders to this land: mountains, hills and above all the sea, with its incredible colors, its crystal-clear water and the beauty of its seabeds, in no way inferior to those of other seas.
Here, the Mediterranean Sea, with its many little islands scattered around the coasts of Sicily - The Aeolians, Egadi and Pelagie Islands, Pantelleria and Ustica - offers unique and the intense sceneries, scents and flavors of uncontaminated nature.
Last but not least, its great volcanoes are symbols of the irresistible beauty and vitality of this incredibly charming region.
Fascination for this region grows with treasured archaeological sites that tell the story of the ancient origins of Trinacria (ancient name for Sicily).
BALESTRATE is located in the middle of CASTELLAMMARE'S GULF between Palermo and Trapani .The seafront is fascinating for its fantastic colors, ranging from intense blue to the green of vegetation, along with the constrasting dark hues of rocks against white beaches of finest sand. Trapani's coast - by turns flat and sandy or high and rugged - and the islands of the Province (Pantelleria and the Egadi Islands) offer fun opportunities to spend a relaxing vacation by the sea, and even practice every water sport imaginable.
Sea enthusiasts and/or the athletic can sail or scuba-dive to see gorgeous seabeds, or take a boat tour to discover the breathtaking caves of Maréttimo Island, among which is the famous Grotta del Cammello.
The protected areas allow for naturalistic excursions, and country trails, for trekking.
At the thermal baths of Segesta, wellness is guaranteed. The baths exploit the properties of special waters for treatments and therapies.
The calendar is rich in local events, and highlights the famous Holy Friday Procession in Trapani, the Feast of the Holy Crucifix in Calatafimi (May), and the Feast of Sant'Alberto in Trapani (August).
