Thank you for viewing my 8 Berth caravan at Ty Gwyn Holiday Park in Towyn, Abergele, (LL22 9HA).
Nicely decorated, there are 3 bedrooms, two with twin single beds and one with a large double bed. There are two bathrooms, one with sink, toilet, and shower, the other with sink and toilet.
There is a large open plan living room/diner with plenty of seating and a gas fire and oil-filled radiator. There is a large free view tv with DVD player and a selection of films to watch, and a Playstation games console with a selection of games.
In the kitchen area, there is all you need apart from your food, but there will be a welcome pack including tea, coffee, and milk provided at the start of your holiday. There is plenty of storage in the caravan, and adequate heating in all rooms to accommodate for any particularly chilly nights/ mornings.
All bed linen required provided for a small fee if requested. Please let me know as soon as possible your bedding requirements
Bedding and towels are provided if requested for a small fee to cover washing(£1.50 per set of bed linen required) but only hand towels, not bath towels will be provided. This fee is to be left in caravan key safe on departure if you have requested bedding. Beds cannot be guaranteed to be made due to occasional tight changeover times especially at busy periods, but all linen will be freshly laundered.
The caravan is a NON SMOKING caravan but there is seating outside where you can smoke.
There is parking for two cars outside the caravan.
There is a new licensed restaurant/shop and bar on the holiday park
(Called Swyn y Mor) which serves excellent food and drink and fresh loaves. This is open from 9 am until 9 pm on Friday and Saturday, and weekdays apart from Monday until 3 pm.
There is access to the beachfront via a gate through the railway track. There are adequate play/picnic areas all around the park.
The holiday park provides a relaxing environment to enjoy your holiday with minimum noise at night.
There is WIFI available from the park, or I can arrange WIFI at the caravan for up to 5 separate connections via a MIFI dongle at an extra charge on request. A 2gb card for web surfing costs approx £8/10. It is best if you bring an EE data card yourself and I can leave a MIFI dongle available for you.
The holiday park is within 10 minutes walk to the main town center with a funfair, market and pubs and clubs, and 5 minutes walk to other local caravan sites which can be accessed for free to use their club, chip shop and entertainment facilities if so required. It is slightly away from the main hustle and bustle of Towyn centre so a little quieter, but everything you need is to hand nearby.

Fantastic caravan very spacious had everything we needed, was great having the two toilets as well we had an amazing week will definitely be going back Tom was really great thankyou
My wife and I have just had a 2 day break. What a lovely clean caravan Bread milk coffee tea and more waiting for us on arrival. Tom was quick to reply to any queries we had. Can recommend this caravan and ownerto anyone . Defiantly will stay again.

From the moment that we booked our stay Tom was wonderful to deal with. The communication was clear and very timely,nothing was too much trouble. Tom kept us up to date with the arrangements for our arrival. When we arrived at the caravan it was clean,well presented,well equipped and welcoming. There is lots to do in the nearby area. All in all it was a wonderful stay,we wouldn't hesitate to book again.

“Perfect five days away”
Caravan easy to find, very accessible and in a peaceful and pretty park. Local places such as Llandudno and Rhos very easy to get to, even for us non drivers due to very efficient bus service right outside park. Caravan clean and cosy, owner very helpful. Kids loved it. We'll be back asap :)
