Bear Falls Cabin was built just above a creek in Black Bear Hollow at the end of Wears Valley in Tennessee. You will love the location being only 15 minutes outside of Pigeon Forge, only 10 minutes from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and Townsend, Tn. Bear Falls Cabin is on a 5 acre setting that features the creek, a small waterfall and cave. Black Bear Hollow has a covered picnic area and totals fifty eight acres of beautiful woods nestled in the mountains!

Our cabin is a 5 bedroom with a open loft, 3.5 bathroom cabin on three levels - with parking for 4 cars and overflow parking at the bottom of the driveway!

* Main Level features an open floor plan with a great room, dining room, kitchen as well as master king bedroom and full bathroom. Additional sleeping is available via a sleeper sofa in the great room.

* Lower Level features the game room with a board games. There is king bedrooms, 2 queen bedrooms (one with a twin bunk), a full bathroom with a 1/2 bath off the game room.

* The open loft has a queen bed, air hockey and foosball tables and a king bedroom with a full bathroom.

Getting around

Best way to get around is by car. Guests sometimes ask if 4 wheel drive is necessary. In the winter it can be helpful, but you will not need four wheel drive to get to Bear Falls cabin!

Interaction with guest

Our cabin is express check in. We email you the directions, door/gate codes and you drive straight to the cabin and let yourself in. Hassle free after a long drive! During your stay it is unlikely that you will see us - unless you need something! We have a very high service rating and this is why. We are right in the valley and are quick to respond! We appreciate your choosing to stay in our cabin!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
