The Steeple is a luxury Victorian apartment featuring private gardens, outdoor decking area, enclosed patio and on-street parking.

This modern and spacious property has been appointed to a particularly high standard with quality oak furniture, plush sofas and carpets, halogen spotlights and period features – such as high ceilings, a cast iron fireplace and ornate ceiling roses.

Set in a quiet, tree-lined street, in the upmarket Weaponness area, the beach and town centre are just a short walk away. It is also centrally located for the many cafés and bars of Falsgrave and Ramshill – while a convenience store and two real ale pubs are just two minutes' walk away.

It is ideal for couples and small family groups.

nice roomy apartment..big bedrooms...parking can get busy, some times have to park a bit away , but its free...steep climb up to the entrance, wouldn't be suitable for the old, or anyone who struggles to climb.. but otherwise fine..would rate this a 3 star..We only used it as a base , as we were golfing everyday...

Perfect location for us to visit family. A lovely clean place with everything you could need. Cosy and warm. 10/10! Would definitely stay here again. They had thought of everything and the extra touches didn't go unnoticed. Also great communication from owners. We can only apologise we didn't empty the dishwasher before our departure (we just ran out of time and the cycle wasn't finished). We will be booking again in the future. Thank you!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Paula/Mark (the owner) a message.

If Paula/Mark (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
