Our Oceanfront retreat takes place in a perfect setting to de-stress and unwind like never before! You will experience a combination of mediation with various Yoga Styles. Refocus the balance of body, mind, and soul as you get in touch with your spiritual side to discover your inner peace. Reduce stress, improve your health, and discover a healthier approach to life that is connected with your body, mind, and soul!

Your accommodation consists of three Air conditioned Bedrooms, all opening on to the private court yard swimming pool, large 40-foot terrace with panoramic sea view, private peddle cove beach with large sundeck to practice yoga and meditation whilst listening to the sounds of the ocean. You will also find a home bar and an open plan kitchen in the villa. The villa is tastefully furnished with bamboo furniture throughout and facilitated with a 55-inch smart TV, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and 2000-watt sound system.

The three bedrooms are master bedroom, twin room, and double room. Master bedroom is equipped with a four-poster bamboo bed and it has screened doors and opens onto the pool deck and 40-foot terrace with panoramic sea view. The twin room is equipped with 2 single bamboo beds that can be joined to make a king-sized bed. The double bedroom is equipped with double bed.

The yoga sessions are based on Vinyasa Yin yoga. The classes will take place on our large sundeck on our private cove peddle beach. The yoga program is prepared to suit your level and individual needs. We also cater for mature groups.

Iyengar and Hatha based classes will be practiced from beginner to intermediate for balance, immune system boost, weight loss, and concentration.

Meditation is performed before your yoga session, one during the morning sunrise and the other during the evening sunset. During yoga sessions, you will have the opportunity to learn how to live healthier and happier life even in a fast paced society, the changes one can make in little habits, tricks for improvement and yoga practices with the power to improve the quality of your life.
