This beautiful country house in the Provencal charm facing south, overlooking the city of Toulon with breathtaking views of the Sea. With a quiet "country" and vis-à-vis is located less than 4 km from the center of Toulon and 9 km from the beaches. It comprises a large living room, featuring a North opening to a patio sheltered from the wind and a south opening onto the terrace. An authentic 18th century fireplace and two large screen and a desk with 2 Wifi connections and internet access are also available. Three rooms are made available based on the number of people and can accommodate up to 8 people. Two kitchens can be used independently. In addition, the villa has 5 bathrooms La Caminerie also gives you the opportunity to enjoy its large garden (3000 m²) with terrace consisting of 40 Ancient olive trees. Mulberry and chestnut trees provide shade and one cold on the terrace of 200m², for small lunches animated by the sound of cicadas. His views overlooking the harbor of Toulon and the pool. There it is also a table tennis table. The pool, ten long 5 meter allows adults and children to do laps or simply have fun. We are sorry to hear Vincent's comment and also surprised as we have done all our possible to find a gentlemen agreement. In our house which has been entirely renovated this year, we noticed many damages after Vincent’s stay. We had to pay over 2 480 euros to fix broken furniture/objects / private areas forced, open/locks broken and paid an extra cleaning. (all details of the invoices and written proofs of reparation, being provided to TripAdvisors). We found an agreement by mail with Vincent in deciding to make an significant effort , by only asking Vincent to contribute by half of the total cost. Vincent seemed happy with the terms. In 5 years we have rent this house to more one hundred guests, we have never asked for a penny on their deposit (even when they broke plates, glasses, dishes…, which we consider as usual damages.)

How do damage deposits work?

If Frederic (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
