Victoria Cottage, Totnes, is a charming period stone cottage, spacious and full of character, with a private patio garden and offers private car parking just 200 yards away. Totnes is ideal for holidays all year round. You are within a minute's walk from a wonderful mixture of galleries, craft shops and restaurants while the river Dart, Steam Packet Inn, ferry to Dartmouth and the Dart Valley Trail are just a short stroll from the front door. A 20 minute drive will take you to some stunning beaches or to the wilds of Dartmoor!

Entrance leads into the spacious, light sitting room with comfy sofas, TV and DVD, stone fireplace housing a woodburning stove. An enormous window with window seat opens onto the conservatory which makes this room beautifully light. The kitchen with tiled floor and wooden units has a view of the patio and offers electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine.The sunny conservatory has dining table and chairs and French windows leading

Up open sided staircase from the sitting room to the landing. Main bedroom with high ceiling and exposed beams, wardrobes and bookshelves and double bed. Cosy, second bedroom with a single bed with another which pulls out from underneath. The bathroom has a shower over bath, WC and basin.

Children welcome. Parents should be aware of open sided staircase.

Totnes is situated on the beautiful river Dart halfway between the wilds of Dartmoor and the estuary at Dartmouth. Totnes is a traditional market town dating back to Saxon times with a wealth of architectural and cultural heritage. The town is guarded by the classic Norman motte and bailey of Totnes Castle, administered by English Heritage and open to the public. Totnes has a thriving market on Fridays and Saturdays and the town centre has a wonderful selection of individual shops, places to eat and traditional inns. For visitors using public transport Totnes has a mainline railway station with fast services to London and good links via coach and bus throughout the local area.
