Year round sunshine

An original and large two bedroom duplex house set in a Spanish-style pueblo, a low-level complex and many apartments with gardens and beautiful plants including palms, bougainvillea's and tropical plants. There are 5 pools, one heated including children's pool and cascades and waterfalls flowing throughout the complex.Ideal for families, with the bedrooms being upstairs and the secure gated patio being so close to the pool.

Just 3 short paces away from the cascading pool and facing due south. The accommodation comprises a large twin bedroom with two single beds and a master bedroom with large double bed and a south facing private sun drenched patio, with wall to wall patio doors and a ceiling fan.

Upstairs the bathroom has a bath shower and bidet.

Separate kitchen with breakfast bar, large fridge/freezer, toaster, microwave, 4 ring hob and built in oven. Ample range of cups, glasses, crockery, and cutlery.

The living- dining room has a double bed settee and two chairs, large dining table with 6 chairs, coffee table, TV, DVD, CD player, table and chairs and a large ceiling fan There is a convenient downstairs wash room.

Patio doors lead onto 3 huge patios which enjoy sun all day.

The bed configuration is as follows. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs; 1 double in the master bedroom and 2 singles in the other bedroom. There is also a single bed which pulls out from under one of the single beds. This is only suitable for a small adult or child. So 3 can potentially sleep in that bedroom. Or if you prefer, we can place that single bed in the large lounge. Or we can provide linen for the sofa bed which is a double. The choice is yours. We have a travel cot available by prior request. You should bring your own cot linen.

The apartment has a washing machine. For a 2 week stay we leave a spare set of linen so that you can change yourselves but ask that you leave a set clean on departure. We offer a linen service for those who don’t wish to use the washing machine for a small extra charge.

Extremely popular and convenient location - the apartments are situated in south Tenerifé in the exclusive area of Torviscas Bajo, just a short walk from center of Playa de Las Americas, and a 5 min stroll to the beach. Tenerifé South Airport is only 20 minutes away by taxi or bus around 35 minutes. There are many local attractions within a minute or two, restaurants and nightlife. 5 minutes taxi from Tenerifé 's new Siam Park. Just a 5 minute walk to Fanabé Beach or the local harbour and 2 minutes from the new Commercial Centre Gran Sur, with large supermarket, Shops, restaurants and Cinemas. Also MacDonalds and Burger King!

Getting around

There is a pubic bus stop immediately and taxi rank outside the complex. In addition all the major attractions and excursions including Siam Park, Aqua Park etc all offer a free bus pick up from the bottom of our complex by Hotel Bahia Princess. A short walk brings you to the harbour where you will find every water activity known t man and few not yet known! There is so much to see and do within a short stroll. You wont get bored!

We offer a meet and greet service so you have the option to be escorted by our manager into the apartment. Should you require anything during your stay, we are on hand.

Excellent apartment just like a home from home, ideal location great having the pool right outside the door. Only downside is no air conditioning as fans just blow warm air around that aside I would highly recommend and will definitely be booking again when we return to Tenerife.

Most of our guests just jump in the pool when its hot as its right outside the patio doors! :-) We did think about air conditioning but we do have environmental concerns. I have seen other apartments with patio doors wide open and air conditioning running at full blast. If we do install it, we would put it on coin meter so that people don't do that. Lovely big house lots of room inside and out which is fab with 3 kids 8,11,16. right by the pool which is empty most of the time so just like having your own pool. nice and quiet with pool bar 2 min walk if you want to go for a quiet pint at other pool. first time in Tenerife and will certainly be back. would recommend this house to all, its not too far to beach, central to both main beach, harbour beach and San Eugenio. If I had to give any small negative, the downstairs toilet needs a new light shade as very dark and the covers on seats could be needing replaced. but only small thing its a fab place for any family :)

Just returned from a 3 week stay in this apartment with my wife & 3 children aged 11 -8. Only been home 3 days & already missing it & thinking about booking it again for next year. The Apt itself is very spacious & is over 2 floors with everything you need to self cater. The rear terrace is large & has lots of sunshine plus the added benefit of shade should you need it ( & you will) ! It is right in front of the main area of the pool with a slide where the children spent most of the day. The Manager , Andrew is very polite & prompt with linen changes. The compex itself is very nice & kept clean daily, There are several pools over different levels one of which is heated. There is a security man who patrols the complex day & night which keeps the noise & potentially rowdy guests at bay. It is very quite at night which is fabulous if you like peace & quite after a busy day at the beach. The pool bar & owners Wayne & Karen are very hospitable and provide great food and there is a pool table to keep the kids occupied. There are shops & bars that line the road leading to the beach & there is a multitude of restaurants to choose from. You wont be disappointed in this apartment , it was more than adequate for our family of 5. Thanks to the Owner & manager, Regards, Dave
