"Lovely, well equipped house"

Primrose House is a great holiday rental. A beautiful house with a very well equipped kitchen with a good range cooker. Lots of extras such as DVD's, toddler toys, books, milk, bread and biscuits left for us in the kitchen made it feel very homely from the minute we arrived. The owner left a really comprehensive folder with instructions on how to use everything in the house and loads of leaflets and information on the surrounding area. We really enjoyed our stay!

Thank you for your feedback. I'm so glad you enjoyed your stay at Primrose House and enjoyed all the little extras. Caroline

"A comfortable house with excellent facilities"

A great place for a holiday in Ilfracombe. The house was well equipped (more than enough for a large group) and the kitchen appliances were good quality. A lot of care had been taken in furnishing the house - and all the beds were very comfortable. All contact with the owner was quickly replied to and a minor issue with the keys on arrival was promptly sorted. Good location with great views over the Torrs and only about a 10 minute walk to the centre of the town. A very thoughtful 'welcome pack' and flowers on arrival was a nice touch!

Thanks for your feedback, so glad you enjoyed your stay at Primrose House We believe it's important to provide the little extra's for our guests

"very comfortable, clean and beautiful home"

The photos on the website do not do primrose house justice, it is a very beautiful, spacious comfortable home with plenty of extras dvd,s c.d.s games toys books. The period features and quality of the furniture is very good. The area is well located to the town and beach and in a quiet residential setting. Thoroughly enjoyed.

Thank you for your feedback, I'm so glad you enjoyed your stay in Primrose House and Ilfracombe. Caroline.

"Can't wait to go back :)"

We stayed at primrose house just after Easter for a week. My husband is from ilfracombe and we visit family a few times a year but this year my sister and grandson joined us and our 3 kids so we decided to rent a house and my goodness we booked a brilliant house, not just as a base but perfect for lazy mornings and relaxing evenings. It is so spacious that our local family could visit us too. The house is gorgeous and is done to a high specification, the location is brilliant. We especially loved the top floor bathroom. The attention to detail was brilliant and Caroline made sure we had a high chair and travel cot for our youngest son. The games, books and toys kept the others so amused that the tv was hardly on at all all week. We can't wait to stay here again. The view when you open every bedroom curtain is worth staying for on its own, even watching the morning mist is peaceful. I would definately recommend primrose house to anyone visiting ilfracombe. As long as its not when we want to book :)

Thanks so much for your lovely feedback, I'm really glad you enjoyed your stay at Primrose House and would be happy to welcome you back to stay in the future. Thanks Caroline :)

"Excellent base for group of 9 friends and family including baby."

We were a varied party - from 11 months to mid-fifties, 4 young adults - everyone loved the house - there was a room to suit everyone. The location was perfect for wandering around the town and for driving out to the nearby sandy beaches. Time flew by and we were all sad to be leaving - great house and lovely town for a holiday.

Many thanks for your feedback. I'm glad your party enjoyed your stay in Primrose House and enjoyed the area as much as we do.
