Neat quiet 4 bedroom townhouse with two terrace areas sleeps 8: Only 3 mins drive to Torrox Costa beach and nightlife; fifteen mins to Nerja. Ideal for day trips to Granada, Ronda, Seville and Marbella. 45 mins from Malaga airport.

Great Mediterranean Sea views, 5 minutes drive above Torrox Costa with all its amenities. The house has two terraces each with uninterrupted sea views and is situated just 3 mins drive from the nearest sandy beach with several “chiringuitos” (beach restaurants) and beach parking.

An easy 10 min stroll down to the beach on a pedestrian path but a very challenging walk back up the hill! Lively Nerja (with its spectacular “Balcony of Europe") is just 15mins away.

Recently built in a private location near to all amenities and the coast, in a group of 13 sharing a communal swimming pool and has secure parking. There are also 3 golf courses within a 30 minute drive.
