The communal swimming pool is located directly opposite the apartment

The Costa Blanca region has a good all year round climate, with an average 300 days of sunshine per year and very little rain.
There are numerous activities in the area, visit the historic town of Alicante or the Terra-Mitica theme park for the more adventurous. Or try the nearby mountains to sample the other side of Spain.
Play a round of golf at one of the six golf courses in the area. Water sports including jet skis,water skiing and scuba diving, to name a few are available

Torrevieja

Nestling between two natural salt lakes, the fishing village of Torrevieja has grown to be the most important town in the area. In recent years motorways have made access to the town much easier. It's own micro -climate has been considered by the World Health Organisation to be one of the healthiest in the world. It has a cosmopolitan flavour which can be seen in the vibrant array of shops, bars and services on offer. Several beaches fly the prestigious blue flag and the award winning design of the promenade is flanked by ice cream parlours and fine restaurants.
Near to the apartment are bars, restaurants, McDonalds, KFC, a ten pin bowling alley ,cinema and aqua fun park. A new shopping complex with designer outlets and multi national restaurants has also recently opened.
The nearest supermarket is 5 minutes walk, whilst Carrefours hypermarket is 10 minutes. Take a short walk or catch the regular bus into town and the beaches, situated there is a marina, fun fair, daytime and evening markets.

“Apartment”

A really good apartment and very good value for money , it's set in a very quiet part of Jardin del Mar with no noise from any of the roads and straight opposite the a very nice pool area . The apartment had everything that you need on holiday the only thing missing is a long mirror for getting ready on a night but that is being picky and would stay there again anytime

Lovely apartment, immaculate and fully equipped with everything we needed. Air-con was a God send at night with the evening temperature still being around 30degrees! We made great use of the sun terrace on the roof which is lovely and spacious and gives you a beautiful view of the sunset in the evening. Pool was terrific and situated in a well kept garden area. Apartment is in a handy location with the water park "Aquapolis", shopping centre and supermarket, the town centre and the beach all being within walking distance. We ate out at a few restaurants during our stay which were only a 15-20minute walk away and were great value for money, we'd definitely recommend the Indian restaurant which was recommended in the holiday folder in the flat. Local pubs are also within walking distance and were good for a nice relaxing drink after a long hot day. We had a terrific holiday and we'll certainly be going back and recommending our friends and family. Thanks! x

“Lovely apartment”

Lovely apartment, had everything we needed. The pool which was directly opposite was lovely and only ever a couple of people in there when we went, which was great, felt like we had the pool to ourselves! The only negative thing is the lighting in the apartment which was very dim and made the apartment dark. I have stated that I would not recommend this property to people with disabilities and that is because there are quite a few stairs up to the property and I was thinking of wheelchair users.
