This appealing apartment is in a residential area within 2 minutes walking distance to local amenities (supermarket, restaurants, bars and playground) with several blue flag beaches and 3 championship golf courses within a few minutes drive away. The apartment has 1 double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a twin bedroom (with adjoining bathroom) and a single folding bed. There is an open plan kitchen, large dining and lounge area leading to a balcony. There is a flat screen TV with British satellite TV. It has been tastefully decorated and equipped with modern appliances making this a home from home.

There are 3 championship golf courses in the surrounding area Villamartin, La Finca and Las Ramblas, all within a 10 minute drive. The Spanish fishing town of Torrevieja is a 10 minutes drive away, with a lovely marina and waterfront market. There is a large water park in Torrevieja which is open during peak times (June - September)

The Costa Blanca climate is ideal for year round golf and other sports, including tennis, swimming, sailing, water skiing, riding, go-karts, bowling greens and even hot air ballooning .

Torrevieja Area

Torrevieja - The historic town of Torrevieja is a 10 minute drive away and has a large street market, a lovely marina and lots of sandy beaches. The area boasts 7 Blue Flag beaches providing clean and safe fun for all the family, offering a full range of water sporting activities. You can wander along the beautiful new Promenade of Torrevieja and enjoy the atmosphere of the evening craft market or sit at one of the pavement cafes and watch the world go by. The Friday market is one of the largest in Europe and you will find everything here from genuine Spanish handicrafts, to low priced leather goods, shoes, textiles, silver and a huge variety of fresh local produce. Torrevieja has an average of 320 days a year of sunshine. There are plenty of malls and shopping facilities within Torrevieja.

Local Attractions - If the family fancy a change from playing by the pool or on the beach why not visit the Aquopolis water park in Torrevieja (open summer months), safari park (near Santa Pola), caves (at Canelobre) or the funfair by Torrevieja marina throughout the summer. Aquopolis water park is a great day out for all the family. It has Rapids, Kamikaze & Zig Zag water slides. Wave Pool, Swimming Pools & Infants Pool. Jacuzzi, Mini Golf, Restaurant, Cafeteria & lots more. If you want a day away from the beach or golf courses, why not try a day in the beautiful countryside and enjoy the mountains, pine woods, olive and almond trees, orange and lemon groves plus 2 large salt lakes. The Salt lakes of Torrevieja are a favourite resting place for different varieties of migratory birds, particularly flamingo’s. Alternatively, why on take a trip to the beautiful, unspoilt, Isla Tabarca (Tabarca Island) from Torrevieja marina or a coast line boat trip. There is also go-karting for the more adventurous.

Golf: Costa Blanca is the ideal place for a golfing holiday. Villamartin, Campoamor and Las Ramblas golf courses are only a 10 minute drive away. La Finca is the newest club in the area only completed late 2000 again within easy reach from the apartment. “Home from home......”

Booking the apartment was straight forward with detailed and timely communications from the owner. I visited with my husband, mother and 6 year old daughter and the apartment catered from all our needs; indoor and outdoor games, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and a perfect location for the on-site pool. We enjoyed early morning swims after the daily clean and late afternoon swims when it was cooler. The complex was safe and secure with plenty of parking for our hire care. The Apartment is within walking distance of restaurants and shop; great when you have a small child. I thoroughly recommend the apartment for a family holiday or to those wanting a quieter break and would return without hesitation.
