Brand new two bedroom and two bathroom ground floor apartment with a large front terrace and garden approx 48m2 and a rear garden of 45m2 both of which are tastefully tiled. Perfect for shady lunches on the terrace or full blown sunbathing front or rear

One double bedroom and one twin bedroom with additional put up bed both with fitted wardrobes and fully furnished throughout. Apartment also comes with a TV, sat, DVD player and vidoe tv in small bedroom all new towels and sheets bath towels provided (no beech towels). There is also a fully fitted and equipped kitchen with washing machine and microwave.

The rear garden is directly opposite the pool which is gated for residents only.
Apartment is also Fully Air conditioned!

The Valencian Country region

A quite area with play areas near by, local shops and restaurants a short walk away. The golfing areas of Villa Martin and Camparmor is only a 5 min drive, again with a lovely plaza for evening drinks and food. The nature reserve and salt lakes can be seen from the end of the main road. The local beaches of Le Zenia and Cala Captain are golden sand and have bar and restaurants.

Torrevieja Area

The main town of Torrevieja is only 10 minute drive with many traditional bars and restaurants, and the marina. There is the local market and fair in the summer months which make for a nice evening out. You can take a 15 minute drive into the mountain region and nature reserve.

The blue flag beaches of Le Zenia, Le Mata, Playa Flamenca, Cao Roig are all within easy reach 10-15 min drive all have with bars and restaurants . The area is surround by Plaza's with many bars restaurants so the choice is endless.
