Conservatory with additional dining area.Fully Equipped Seperate Kitchen, with Hob/Oven, Fridge/Freezer, Microwave & Dishwasher. A Washing Machine is also available.Master Double & Second Double Bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, Third & fourth are twin bedrooms, with wardrobe space. Fully equipped family bathroom with shower over, second shower room with WC & hand wash basin. Air Conditioning throughout the property. All accommodation on one level. Booking conditions as follows.Rental rates do not include departure clean or laundry charges, although towels and linen are provided. The coastline is a great place to live, it has facilities that match the most sophisticated cities and regions in Europe. The whole area is a golfer's paradise with many courses to International standard, La Manga being just one of them. There are many places of interest, Alicante a city were people fly into but rarely visit.
The city has beautiful tree lined boulevards,many sophisticated shops, a wonderful marina and many great Tapas Bars.
The Castillo Santa Barbara, which is the castle at one end of the city,built centuries ago to fend off the invading Moors. Murcia the old Spanish Baroque City, now with a fashionable contemporary shopping centre.
The Historic city of Cartagena. Throughout the ages many foreign armies have occupied the city, the Phoenicians, Greeks, Carthaginians and Romans. Locally the old town of Guardamar with the weekly street market, Tapas Bars, Restaurants, and superb blue flag beaches.
The Costa Blancas (White Coast) favoured for holiday homes and second homes by the Spanish themselves offers healthy Mediterranean climate and all year round sunshine fanned by cooling sea breezes.
Playa Flamenca, is one of the most popular locations along this stretch of the coast and the recently refurbished beach area and walkway are a joy to behold, additional work being carried out further along the coast will give a huge boost to the area.
The planned cliff walk / paseo, will eventually run all the way from Campoamor to the busy town of Torrevieja, taking in the fabulous resorts of Cabo Roig, La Zenia and Punta Prima along the way. The N-332 is being made into a dual-carraigeway to ease the traffic along this popular coastal road, which should be completed during 2009.
The well known Playa Flamenca market takes place every Saturday and shoppers from miles around flock to this exciting and vibrant market. Located on the main road through Playa Flamenca, from just past the Mercadona supermarket, it stretches for about a mile and although it can get very busy, the wide street on which it is held allows plenty of space for visitors to enjoy the experience. All manner of goods can be purchased on the Playa Flamenca market, from fresh locally grown produce to clothes, shoes, handbags, flowers and sweets, don't forget to grab a freshly spit-roasted chicken while you are there, flavoured with garlic, absolutely delicious. You can also try Spanish paella or Spanish omelette, cooked in the traditional way, if you wish you can even watch while it is being created.
The Flamenca Beach Commercial Centre, together Via Parks I, II, III, V, the main locations for bars, shops and restaurants, where you will find everything you want in the way of everyday needs and live entertainment. There are multi-cultural restaurants offering dishes from all over the world, and there is also plenty of opportunities to try a spot of karaoke, watch a live act, catch up on the latest sport or join in a pub quiz.

To access Playa Flamenca you need to turn off the N332 at the Mercadona supermarket and the Orihuela Costa Town Hall. Also close by is the La Zenia exit from the AP-7 motorway.
Playa Flamenca is convenient for both Murcia and Alicante airports. 30 minutes drive from Murcia (San Javier) airport and 45 minutes drive from Alicante.

We chose this villa for the location & the facilities it had to offer. The villa is perfectly positioned in a secluded spot right by the beach with more beaches within easy walking distance. Across the road are some restaurants & bars & a local supermarket is 5 min walk away as well as lots more bars & restaurants. We loved the space the villa had to offer & the air conditioning throughout was ideal. The exterior is well looked after with plenty of space for sun loungers & the pool is very large. The dining area is shaded which was nice to sit in. The pool & garden were maintained during our stay & the property management were on hand to help with anything should we need it. Would definately recommend this villa for its space & perfect location. We thoroughlly enjoyed our stay.
