This is a lovely 2-bedroom & 2-bathroom top floor non-smoking apartment, with it's very own private roof terrace and balcony. The apartment has air-conditioning, a selection of sky-tv channels and access to the communal pool. There is also a sofa bed so the apartment will sleep a maximum of 6 people.
Local bars, restaurants and supermarkets are all within walking distance, with plenty more just a short drive away. This area of Spain is well known for its fabulous climate, blue flag beaches & abundant choice of beautiful golf courses.

There is a bedside cabinet either side of the bed and a chest of draws by the window. There is a double fitted wardrobe, with extra storage shelves. The apartment has both a balcony and a roof terrace.BalconyThe balcony is accessed through the patio doors in the front room. There is a wicker set of table and chairs where you can relax and unwind as the day goes by.Roof terraceThis is your very own private space to sunbath and relax. There are sun loungers and a table with reclining chairs provided. The large roof terrace boasts views which stretch out for miles in all directions. There is a shower fitted onto the roof so you can cool off on those hot sunny days. It is also the perfect place to enjoy a nice relaxing barbeque.
Smoking is not allowed inside the property.Towels & bed linen are provided (please provide your own beach towels).At the end of your stay the apartment will be professionally cleaned, so a cleaning fee of £45 is charged and payable when the final balance for your stay is due (price based upon 4 people sharing).
The Valenciana region
The apartment is located in Dream Hills 2, Los Altos, on the Orihuela Costa. The urbanisation has communal gardens and swimming pools and there are lots of bars and restaurants nearby.
The apartment is located near to the town of Torrevieja, on the sunny Costa Blanca. Two airports service this area, with Alicante and Murcia being 45 and 25 minutes drive away respectively. The Spanish town of Torrevieja has a lovely harbour and is surrounded by salt lakes. There is a daily market in the summer and there are an array of shops, bars and restaurants to spend your time.
The Costa Blanca has its own micro-climate with over 300 sunny days a year, so you are never too far from the sunshine!
There are plenty of beaches for you to use; ranging from long sandy beaches with water sports to little sandy coves with character and charm. All the beaches are cleaned and groomed every morning in the summer.
The nearest of these is Punta Prima. Whilst this is probably the smallest cove you will find it has a lovely restaurant called Nautilus where you can sit and enjoy a meal or a drink whilst looking out to sea. The best beach we have found in the local area is La Zenia. This beach is a very good size and only a short distance further away. There are other beaches and coves along the N-332 such as Punta Prima or Capo Roig, all easily sign-posted. The longest beach is in Torrevieja. This is a long sandy beach where water sports are available.
In the three nearest areas there are many different restaurants to choose from which offer something for every taste. You will find Spanish, English, Indian, Chinese and even American restaurants! The best area is called Villa Martin. This area offers the best food with a good variety. Lovely restaurants here include Eduardo’s, Bogey’s, The Square, and Che!!! Steakhouse. If you walk to one of the two Via Park’s commercial centres you will find local bars and restaurants including Shivum Indian cuisine, Gran China Chinese restaurant, Some Plaice Else, Butterflies and Spud Murphy’s. All restaurants offer good deals on two or three course meals.
Within a 20 minute drive there are plenty of fantastic golf courses to challenge every part of your game. The nearest to the apartment is the Villa Martin golf course, situated next to the Villa Martin Square. If you drive a little past this you will find the lovely Campoamor golf course. Next to this is the Los Ramblas golf course. A little further out is the beautiful La Finca golf course in Algorfa. Further afield there are other golf courses to be found, including the La Manga golf course located just below the Mar Menor.

"Great apartment with everything we needed for our 2 week stay"
The apartment was spotless when we arrived and had everything we needed. The pool is located just behind the apartment and is very well maintained. We could walk to two complexes to eat or watch football! Aldi is a few minutes away and perfect for a quick shop.

We found the apartment to be very good, well maintained, clean, well equipped and had everything you need for a good holiday. The apartment was close to supermarkets, bars and eating places, the location was also great for getting around the area for sightseeing. Directions to get to the apartment were easy to follow. We certainly will be booking it for another stay.
