The property is managed by a local British representative who will happily meet you at the apartment, they live one hour away so it is always important to ring them when you are about to leave the airport so they can meet and greet you. We can also arrange a small welcome pack.

Casa Anna is located in a quiet residential area with 2 swimming pools, bars and local restaurants and only 10 mins away you will find the nearest beachs of Punta Prima, Torrevieja & Playa Flamenca which boasts some of the best beaches on the Costa Blanca. The local markets are a must for any bargain hunter, or to pick up the local fresh fruit and vegetables The Lemon Tree Market on a Sunday morning is a must.

There are lovely parks nearby for that picnic under a shady tree where you can play boles or just relax

The Valencian Country region

The Costa Blanca or "white coast" is situated to the north and Costa Del Sol in the south, and is within the region of Valencia with the warm Mediterranean on its shores.
This region of Spain has an average of 320 sunny days per year and excellent all year round temperatures.

Torrevieja Area

Our apartment is in Los Altos, 10 minutes drive from Torrevieja and its many sandy beaches, coves, top class golf courses and is within walking distance to a choice of bars, restaurants and shops.
Torrevieja is located south of Alicante next to the crystal clear waters of Spain's Costa Blanca and surrounded by two large natural saltwater lakes. It is 47 km from Alicante, the provisional capital, and 35 km form the airport "El Altet".
This region of Spain has an average of 320 sunny days per year and excellent all year round temperatures. Together with the inexpensive flights to either one of its airports, Alicante or Murcia, this area of Spain is fast becoming Europe’s most popular golfing and beach holiday destination. The attractive sea front is a string of secluded inlets, beaches of golden sand, well-cared for residential districts and two quiet marinas. From the north to the south a lively inlet and an open beach, both with full facilities and a well-cared for promenade, are followed by a series of small inlets with clear waters ideal for diving.
The beaches are not the only attraction the area has to offer, as in addition there are three 18 hole Golf Courses (Real Club de Golf de Campoamor, Club de Golf Las Ramblas and Club de Golf Villamartin) within a radius of 3 km, all three are excellent golf courses of international prestige. There are numerous restaurants that provide cuisine for all tastes, from traditional Spanish Tapas to the delights of Italian, French, Chinese, Indian and Mexican food.
With its warm climate, friendly people and countless amenities Torrevieja makes the perfect location for a holiday.

“Excellent Accommodation”

This apartment is fantastic. It is homely, and has everything you could possibly need. It is spotlessly clean, and the very friendly key holders live opposite if you need any help or advice. The double bed is the comfiest I have ever slept on. The neighbours are all friendly , and extremely quiet, you certainly will not be troubled by any noise issues. The balcony provides shade , whilst the solarium is a complete sun trap . We don't have a car and this is no problem , there are bars and restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance. If you want to go further afield the bus stop is 5 mins away. The owners are wonderful, and we look forward to staying here again.

“Fantastic and relaxing stay”

Fantastic apartment , great location, arrived to find our pre ordered hamper chilled in the fridgeand ,the neighbours so friendly and very helpful .We spent most afternoons on the roof terrace in the sun while mornings we spent traveling around the area in our car, well worth a visit is San Miguel de Salinas on a Wednesday morning market (go early to find a good parking space). only a few miles inland . Close- by are pubs and restaurants and a very good supermarket at the top of the hill ,all within easy walking distance ,and the 2 pools are spotlessly clean. The apartment is well maintained by Anne & Paul we would recommend Casa Anna as we will return in the near future. Thanks Anne Mike&Deb x

“Fantastic time again”

Having been to Casa Anna numerous times, we knew that we would have a great accomodation. The apartment is always clean and well cared for, linen, towels etc in plentyful supply. The sun terrace is an extra bonus to an already great appartment. Pergola provides good shade when the weather is really hot. Costa Blanca is a lovely coastline, would recommending going to Cala Capitan Beach at Cabo Roig, fab beach bar providing good selection of food and drink. Plenty of places to visit, markets plentiful. Recommend visiting Rebate and Guadalest, if you have hired a car. We can't wait to return.

“Great place to stay!!!”

The apartment was exactly how it was described in the advert. The location was great and i chose this because I had been to the area before. Only real criticism was the television was not working and it would have been nice to keep up with the Olympics but did not spoil my holiday!

“Lovely place”

We stayed here for ten days and had a lovely time, the apartment is very well equipped for a relaxing holiday. Some great places nearby to eat out in an evening and a short car journey to beach. Owners very helpful and attentive. Love roof terrace which we would sit on in evening and have a game of cards, nice breeze was very welcome up there as it was extremely hot weather... Aircon in front room, although I would put a unit in bedroom also, however fans in rooms. Everything u need for a trip to beach was there. Nicely furnished. And two lovely pools just a couple of minutes walk away. We will hopefully return after may next year.... Thank you Anne for the use of your holiday home...

“a lovely apartment with lots extra touches”

casa anna is lovely apartment the extra touches make it feel like home frm homewe stayed there jan to march 2012 we had a great holiday the roof terrace is brill we spent most days up there the swimming pools are near by there is a great book swap shop by the pool you can swop books every thursday we chose not to hire a car but would reccomend one for exploring other towns and beachesthe apartment is looked after by colin and anita and they keep the apartment spotless we had a great winter holiday thank you anne and paul.

“Fabulous clean and well equipped apartment”

Stayed with my husband and daughter (8). Loved our stay in this apartment - very clean, well equipped and spacious. Close to all local amenities and short bus journey to torrevieja and waterpark etc.. Roof terrace fantastic and loved the lounge balcony. Would definitely recommend. xx

“October 2 week break”

This was a great apartment to use for easy reach by car by many good quality beaches. Also Alicante and Cartagena were only a 30-45 minute drive away. The apartment was well equipped with everything needed for making picnics and day trips to the beach as well as meals on an evening. There is plenty of space on the roof terrace for a family to enjoy the sun. Two swimming pools, small shops and bars/restaurants are within easy walking distance.

“Home from Home”

The apartment is spotless, has everything you need or likely to need including plenty of space. The small balcony outside the lounge is big enought for 4 to dine but the roof terrace is enormous with another eating area under the shade plus sun loungers, shower and barbeque!. All the bars and restaurants are just 5 - 1 10 minutes walk from the apartment and supermarkets close by too. You don't have to have a car but would advise it as you can get to so many beaches within a 15 - 20 car journey. The swimmingpolls are just 2 - 3 minutes away and are spotless too and also have a little pool for the children. All in all its a great place to stay - this has been our third year and no doubt there will be more....
