This apartment on the popular Dream Hills II urbanisation is available for short and long-term rentals. Whether you want a holiday in the lovely Southern Costa Blanca, are visiting friends / family in the area or you require a base for work, this well-equipped, modern, enhanced apartment in an excellent location will serve you well. Free Wi Fi !!!!

This upper floor apartment is based on a modern development and offers excellent mountain views. You will enjoy decor and furniture that is contemporary and comfortable and have use of a full range of appliances.

The apartment has two bedrooms (one double, one twin) with built-in wardrobe space provided in each. Further sleeping space can also be incorporated within the living room if required. As a guide we recommend a maximum group size of 5 adults. (cot supplied for toddlers)

We have supplied wide array of films to suit all ages although you are also welcome to bring your favourites with you from home.

The kitchen has all the appliances you expect to find (cooker, fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine) and most of the utensils you would find in your own kitchen – though you may not intend to do much cooking whilst on holiday, it is nice to have the option if you so wish.

A safe is provided for your most valuable items such as passports and money. Also for your comfort air conditioning units have been installed in the living room and each of the bedrooms. This will be particularly valuable for those who stop May-Sept when air con is a necessity. They also provide heat which will come in handy for guests who visit at cooler times of year.

Located 10 mins south of Torrevieja, it is well appointed for areas such as Punta Prima, Villamartin, Playa Flamenca, Los Balcones and Cabo Roig. Several beaches are just a few minutes away by car. Alternatively, the area is well-served by buses and taxis. The Urbanisation is a short drive from two airports (Alicante and Murcia San Javier) both of which are well served with flights from a wide range of UK airports operated by many low-cost airlines.

Finally and perhaps the area you will be most interested in, there is a large roof solarium which gives a panoramic view of the area. Whether you wish to use this to ensure your tan, or simply enjoy a quiet drink in the warm evening sun, it is both a valuable part of the property and the area that most people comment on. We have an outside shower to enable you to cool off!!! We provide a range of furniture to allow you to make the most of this space, inlcuding sun loungers and table and chairs.

During your stay here you will have the use of the swimming pool, it is restricted to residents of our 'phase' ensuring they rarely get too busy. Whether you want to spend the a few hours by the pool occasionally dipping in to cool off or you prefer to do a few lengths before breakfast or dinner, you can do. The pool are is via key access only and is 30 seconds walk away from the apartment.

The Valenciana region

Outside the immediate area there are many smaller Spanish towns that may interest you as well as larger towns / cities such as Murcia, the Cartegena and Alicante that are all within an hour’s drive and have transport links that make them easy to get to/from. The vibrant resort of Benidorm is a little over an hour away and is well worth a day trip to, especially if you have children as there are attractions galore, such as Terra Mitica Theme Park, Mundomar Marine Park & Aqualandia Water Park to name a few.

For those of you who want to do something a bit more relaxing, maybe horse-riding will suit. Located half way between Torrevieja and Alicante, on the banks of the unspoilt 'La Mata - Torrevieja Salt Lakes' you will find the 'El Refugio' Horse Riding Centre where you can ride on the back of Andalusian or Hispano-Arab horses whilst riding along the sandy beaches of the salt lagunes.

Within Orihuela Costa area you will find some small, secluded beaches as well as larger ones that are a hive of activity. If you prefer walking by the sea extensive work over the last couple of years means that you can walk along the coast from places such as Cabo Roig all the way into Torrevieja - thankfully there are places to stop off to 're-fuel'.

Torrevieja Area

Torrevieja is a thriving Spanish town with many traditional restaurants, shops and bars as well as regular markets selling high quality products at a fraction of UK prices. There are also regular festivals and parades that are well worth seeing. The town also has a seafaring tradition and is proud that it does not cater for the package holiday yet remains welcoming to tourists from all over the world.

Torrevieja has some of Europe’s most beautiful beaches. They range from long sandy stretches to bays with rugged cliffs. The majority of major beaches have also been awarded the exclusive EEC flag for safety.

If you are looking for a beach-based break then you will appreciate the clean, sandy beaches that the area has to offer and the wide variety of watersports available up and down the coast. Alternatively a boat excursion on the Mediterranean or Mar Menor might take your fancy.

If you prefer dry land then there is a wide range of attractions for people of all ages, including excellent water / theme parks, some of the finest golf courses in Europe, relaxing coastal walks and a wide range of bars and restaurants.

There are regular weekly markets within the area.

Spent a couple of days with friends in this wonderful apartment, great location, secure parking and the apartment had everything you could possible need. Would definitely recommend to family and friends and would use again when we need to visit Cheshire Oaks or just need a few days of relaxing time. Sam was brilliant , thanks for everything.

Appatment is in a convenient area to rent close to all amenities shops bars and beaches are only a few minutes drive away i would certainly rebook .

Sam was very helpful as was John and Juliana, we were offered car hire and advised of car hire company's. The apartment was extremely clean and nothing too much trouble, air conditioning in all rooms that matter. The apartment is in a quiet location but ideal for sightseeing, roof top terrace amazing with lovely views, fantastic for sunbathing and overlooks the shared pool. Already booked again for next year! Absolutely brilliant, you won't be disappointed. Sam is a brilliant host.....Thank you.

Myself and my partner first visited the apartment just over 4 years ago and we absolutely loved it. We visited again this summer and we just as impressed. The apartment itself has great space and a great lay-out. The air conditioning is excellent and being Scottish we had it on all the time ha ha. Having free wi-fi in the house was a big positive for us too as we took our laptop. Having travelled with my girlfriend it was really good to have 2 bathrooms, each with their own shower as it meant we could get ready at the same time. The best part for me though is the private roof top solarium, it really does have the sun on it all day and this is where we spent most of our time either sunbathing or eating at the table that is also up there. The area itself is excellent, there is an Aldi a 2 minute walk away and this will serve most of your grocery needs. It is quite a quiet area and this is something that appealed to me, however, there is a variety of bars and restaurants a 7 minute walk away which will cater to all your needs...I recommend the OMG breakfast at Cafe CK...it's amazing! I have to confess that the public transport route is a bit unreliable but the people at the bars etc are more than happy to call you a taxi to take you down to Punta Prima which only costs a few euros or you can walk...we did the walk in a pleasant 45 mins. All in all, we love the place to go a chill out and have a great time, we've been twice already and we get married at the end of March next year so maybe it'll be a 3rd time for us next year :)

Thanks for the great review and for returning back to us!!! I must admit each time i go back i never take the roof terrace for granted, i love it up there both sunbathing and star gazing!!! We hope to hear from you again for a possible honeymoon venue!!

Stayed for 5 days in August. Fabulous roof top terrace for the sun lovers with benefit of another balcony for shaded meal times. Car would be helpful for longer stays.

This will be ideal if you have a car ,as every where you want to go is up hill.local transport very poor .the. Apartment. Is a bit run down and could do with a complete make over ,not some where you could say was. Relaxing ,needs to be deep cleaned .not what we expected from looking at the photo,s. on site

Dear Val We are so sorry to hear about your comments on the apartment during your stay in October/November, admittedly the bus service is less frequent at the time of year when you stayed, but during the busy periods it is generally very good, taking users to Torrevieja , neighbouring resorts, and the lovely beaches on that coastline. We always offer our customers the option to use our Friendly English Representatives who live nearby to take them to various places and they are always happy to oblige with prior notice. We also have access to taxi services just around the corner. As for the overall condition of the apartment, feedback from customers in the past has been very good, I have recently returned from visiting the apartment and made arrangements for some of the furnishings to be replaced and minor decor work to be completed, but overall I felt the apartment was in very good condition and has all the facilities and items customers need for a self catering holiday. Thank you for your feedback and rest assured we have taken your comments on board and made the changes needed to the apartment.

We stayed at this apartment in September, it had all we needed for a lovely self catering holiday, great location, lovely pool which was quiet, fantastic views from the roof terrace. We took our 2 young children, really home from home with a supermarket just 5 minutes walk away!! Thanks for a great holiday we will definately be booking with you again.
