This property is in a gated community, close to the Town of Torrevieja, it is on 3 floors consisting of open plan lounge and kitchen area on the ground floor, there is also a cloakroom with toilet and wash hand basin, on the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms, one double with private balcony TV and DVD and one twin bedroom which can also be a double, a shower room with bidet, toilet and wash hand basin is also located on this floor, on the 2nd floor there is an insulated conservatory/bedroom, with twin beds which can also be a double, and a roof terrace.

There are also terraces to the front and the rear of the property with dining table in rear patio and lounge seating in front patio.

There is parking on the private road outside the house.

There is a gated communal pool for the use of guests and residents in the urbanization, located 2 minutes walk from the property.

The Costa Blanca/Valencia regionThe Costa Blanca in Spain is renowned for its beautiful coastline and one of the healthiest places to live.It has an excellent year round climate. The humidity is relatively low, and therefore ideal for sufferers of arthritis and other climatically influenced health problems.The two salt lakes of Laguna de la Mata and the Salinas de San Miguel surrounding Torrevieja also help to create its fantastic climate. The high concentration of salt, together with the temperature forms a microclimate recommended by medical specialists the world over for its beneficial health properties in particular for heart disease, skin disorders, rheumatism and bronchial illness.On average the area enjoys 320 days of sunshine per year and an average daily temperature of 17 degrees centigrade. Temperatures in July and August are typically 30 degrees centigrade. Many people prefer the months of April, May, June, September and October - ideal temperatures.

Walking distance from the property you have ….Several supermarkets including; Consum (2), Carrefour, Lidl, Aldi.Consum supermarket at Los Altos is your closest, approx 2 mins walk.There are many bars and restaurants within walking distance, including the commercial complex Via Park 3, approx 20 minute walk, with a variety of restaurants, including Spud Murphy's fish and chip restaurant, Gran Chino Chinese, Ghandi Indian restaurant, Liberty's Bar and grill. Several English bars, including Damo's Irish bar, Tony's Music Bar, Welcome Inn, Lime Bar, Rendezvous newspaper shop (also sells food) the Post Room which offers internet access.Via Park 5, 15 minute walk with more English bars and restaurants.At Punta Prima, which has 2 Chinese restaurants, (including Dinastia), Ghandi's Indian restaurant, a German restaurant, Puccini's Italian restaurant, Roberto's. There are also several bars, many offering entertainment.Patio Andaluz Spanish restaurant with lots of atmosphere and flamenco dancing 2 nights a week is located at the Punta Marina Commercial centre (booking is recommended for the Flamenca nights during the summer period - it is very popular).Also at the Punta Marina commercial complex you have a Chinese Wok Buffet (eat as much as you like), La Piazza II, Captain's Table fish and chip restaurant and Subway sandwich bar. There is also a Consum supermarket, Shoe shops, pharmacy, cosmetic shop, an electrical shop, English clothes shop, hairdressers, petrol station and McDonalds.The Rocajuna bar, approx 25 minutes walk, holds a quiz every Friday evening, which is also fish and chip night and their function room has regular live entertainment.The sandy beach of Punta Prima is closest to the property and (approx 15 minutes walk) and has a beach bar during the summer months.Go-karting on the N332 is a 10 minute walk, with karts for juniors, adults and the Honda's for those requiring greater speed.Spanish restaurant Astaurius with regular live entertainment.Located at La Zenia (approx 25 min walk/short drive) you have Zenia Boulevard Commercial Centre, which opened in September 2012 and is the largest shopping centre in the province of Alicante. It boasts 5,000 free parking spaces and 150 shops such as Primark, C&A, Lefties, Zara, H&M, Swarovski, Inside, Gerry Weber, Jack & Jones, Deichmann, Claire's, Bijou Brigitte, Adidas, Decathlon, jewellery, Leroy Merlin, mobile phone shops, Media Markt (electrical), florist, hairdressers, bowling alley, El Campo supermarket and petrol station which are all located on the ground floor. Restaurants are on the 1st floor and includes Muerde la Pasta which is an eat/drink as much as you like pasta/pizza restaurant with children's ball park, Burger King, Foster's Hollywood, Subway, Kebab Express, Good Rices (Pizza and paellas), Argentinian restaurant, Wok Centre and a Children's play area. Put on your walking shoes - its a lovely commercial centre. Villamartin, Real Club Campoamor, Las Ramblas, all approx 10-15 mins drive.Torrevieja town and marina is approximately 10 minutes drive, with a variety of restaurants, bars and shops. There is a promenade with market stalls, selling a variety of items. Nightly fun fair during the summer. The town comes alive at night during the summer months, where the main road is closed to traffic. There is a harbour where you can take boat rides and the Delfin S61 submarine.There are some great Spanish restaurants in Torrevieja town so you can have a great meal then enjoy the funfair and stallholders that set out their goods at night.There are several beaches within a 10 minute drive of the property; La Mata, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor and Mil Palmeras.Las Habaneras shopping centre has 3 stories of shops (including C&A, Zara, English bookshop, H&M, shoe, jewellery shops) there are 2 stories of underground parking. The shopping centre is situated 8-10 minutes drive away.The Ozone complex with casino, ten pin bowling and restaurants (including KFC) are a 8-10 minute drive away.Fast food establishments - McDonalds (walking distance), Burgerking at Playa Flamenca.There is a water park at Torrevieja (Aquopolis), open between June and September. Oz nightclub (was Pacha) is situated near the water park.Horse-riding at Campoamor and jet skiing off Campoamor beach during the summer months.Markets ….There is a market every day of the week on the Southern Costa Blanca.
