Stunning unobstructed views over the Mediterranean seas from Malaga to Benalmadena Marina, two very large terraces with lots of seating areas and sunbathing facilities. Modern kitchen with top of the range electrodomestics. Very bright. Quiet residential area and very close to downtown and the beaches. Plenty of bars, restaurants, shops. Close to public transport. Act fast.we have Smart and Neflix televison and Wiffi Vodafone 5G and The apartment has smart tv and Neflix

Atico a cinco minutos de el centro y a unos diez minutos de la playa, consta de dos terrazas privadas, un aseo, un baño con jacuzzi,,dormitorio con cama de 150,gran cocina con todos los electrodomésticos, salen con dos grandes sofás y mesa comedor con cuatro sillas. Es tranquilo, silencioso y sobre todo con grandes vistas y sol todo el dia.. Nuestra televisor es Smart TV y Neflix, nuestro wifi es Vodafone 5 G

The pets are vienbenidas, you can smoke outside the apartment,we have two large terraces to do so.

“Simply the best”

Another wonderful short stay at this fabulous penthouse. There have been some new additions, TV with Netflix and lovely table lights but most importantly the things that make it special remain the same i.e. beautifully spacious and clean, comfortable bed, two great terraces, very private and quiet and finally Miguel! He is an absolute star and has been so kind and accomodating to us on every visit. We will certainly be back when we can.

Very comfortable , well equipped appartment with lots of sunny outside space in a quiet , well maintained building with shared garden and pool,exceeded expectations. Views of Malaga bay and sea and the most fabulous sunrise from my bed! An easy 5 minute walk from Torremolinos central square with trains , bars, shops and restaurants....and on to beach. Communications with owner easy , we were met at entrance as planned. Many thanks, guess we're returning!

We had 13 days of bliss at penthouse, the outside space was amazing, all the facilities you need,we had a very relaxing holiday.Miguel our host was very helpful and is extremely special person.

Stayed again for a short break. I can only repeat what I have already said, the apartment is lovely, clean and tidy, light and airy. Everything is provided and for us it's one of the best in this area. Miguel and Pier were again very accommodating and special thanks must go to them both.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Pier (the owner) a message.

If Pier (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
