Description

The best location!!! Newly refurbished!! This cute studio is located between Bajondillo and Carihuela beaches (castillo de santa clara). Terrace with wonderful views. With easy access to the beach (lift) or to Torremolinos town center (5 min. walking). Plenty of restaurants and supermarkets around.

A king size bed and a bed sofa. Maximum 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 children. Fully equiped kitchen. Washing machine, air conditioning, 42' TV, bathroom with shower. Adults pool and children pool (opened from june 1st to September 30th). 24 hours reception desk with free wifi area and parking.

Sheets and towels provided.

The pool is open from june 1st to september 30th.

Getting around

From the train station of Torremolinos you can go to many interesting cities to visit: Benalmádena, Fuengirola, Malaga. There are buses to Marbella and Puerto Banús, Ronda, Alhaurín el Grande. From Puerto Marina in Benalmádena (20 minutes walking along the promenade from the apartment), there are ferries to go to Fuengirola or dolphin watching.

““The perfect Getaway Holiday””

This apartment is even better than we expected. My wife and I booked this apt. for a quiet break and weren’t disappointed. It had everything we needed including British tv. We had a little hiccup with the WiFi but that was our fault. (We hadn’t switched it on) We contacted the owners and got a very quick response and the problem was quickly resolved. The view is beautiful and the apt is spotless. We hope to return again next year maybe for a bit longer. Thank You Pileta

This apartment is in a great location and the views of the beach are stunning. Very clean and tidy apartment with everything you need. Short walk from the centre so car not needed. I highly recommend this apartment we had a great holiday.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
