Due to the extreme drought situation affecting the Andalucia Region, local authorities currently control and scrutinise the use of swimming pools.

The “Junta de Andalucia” has temporarily allowed the use of swimming pools up until the 30th September 2024 or until such time a new update of the situation is issued.

This apartment has NO swimming pool, but please consider the above when booking your holiday accommodation.

Amazing apartment in the heart of La Carihuela beach, metres away from the famous Pez Espada Hotel.

With 110 square metres, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one of them ensuite), this apartment can be an essential part of your holidays.

Its kitchen is new and fully equipped, and the dining area can comfortably accommodate 6 people. The lounge will provide full comfort if you decide to have a quiet night. There are 2 large balconies (one of which is 12 metres long) giving you both: sea and mountain views.

It has been decorated with elegant, bright, comfortable and modern furnishings, the perfect ingredients for an enjoyable and relaxing after-beach dinner, a power nap before going out, an empowering shower and of course, a good sleep at night.

The apartment is just 200 metres away from the beach and if you are up for a healthy walk the beautifully long promenade will bring the most scenic views.

Conveniently located within easy access to the airport (20 minutes), large range of restaurants, cafeterias, pharmacies, supermarkets, banks, bus stop and train stop nearby (train route Malaga Airport-Fuengirola). Parking is allowed outside the property on a first come first serve basis. Available for holiday lettings only.

Why can't I call Marcelo (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Marcelo (the owner) a message.

If Marcelo (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
