"Great amenities. Great location. Great price"
Have stayed at Edificio Lumasies several times over the last few years, both in late spring and winter. First of all – dealing with owner Alexander is always a pleasure. He lives locally if you need anything, but never intrudes on your stay. The apartment is extremely well equipped. Having two bathrooms is a great advantage if several people are sharing. It has a fully equipped kitchen - complete with 4 ring ceramic hob, oven, microwave, tall fridge/freezer, washing machine etc – and a lovely dining area. The lounge has widescreen TV, DVD player, satellite TV and Wi-Fi with excellent reception. Air conditioning keeps you cool in summer, warm during winter. The apartment does not have a balcony, but does benefit from access to a large roof terrace with all day sun. While it is only 5 minutes to the centre of Torremolinos and 15 minutes to the beach, the apartment lies in a quieter part of town, complete with an abundance of local shops – bakers, butchers, greengrocers etc., as well as a large supermarket a few minutes away. Finally – the apartment is very reasonably priced and will be seeing us again in 2014.

"Perfect for a very fair price"
Centrally located, walking distances to many shops of daily needs, a beautiful park overlooking the sea, the botanical garden "Molina de Inca", the marketplace, a large outdoor aquapark, a very interesting crocodile farm, the train to the airport and Malaga, the townhall and the main hospital. The owner is uncomplicated and very helpful. The appartment is well furnished for 4 people, clean and well maintained, for each doublebedroom there is a modern bath and toilet or a shower and toilet. There's a lift. We also appreciate that the rented car is save in the indoor garage. To relax in the sun the roof terrace is just wonderful with views over the sea to Malaga and the mountains. "Probably my favourite apartment in all my travels"
Great apartment and the owner Alexander is very friendly and approachable. The apartment is situated a short way from town but it only takes minuets to get to town or the beach. Local Spanish shops are close by and a major supermarket just a few metres walk. The apartment has all the mod cons you will need, including Wi-Fi to make for an enjoyable and very comfortable stay. In 2013 I spent a total of over 3 months there ,I think this speaks for itself. I look forward to returning in 2014. Great value for money.
