Air-conditioned Studio with new kitchen and bathroom with shower. Spectacular panoramic sea views.
The perfect holiday location with dozens of bars and cafes nearby, right on the beach, amazing facilities from this aparthotel run by the Sol Hotel group with excellent buffet restaurant, huge garden with swimming pool, supermarket, poolside bar, sea views, and right next to the best marina in the whole of Spain.
Deposit of £100 per week payable upon booking. Balance payable 2 months before departure. I will be pleased to reserve the booking for 3 days without deposit so that you can book your flights. 5 days minimum let. 10% discount if both studios booked together. Price quoted is per studio. I am totally flexible about days of arrival.Please note the hotel bar and restaurant are closed November to January. There are plenty of excellent bars and restaurants on the doorstep open all year round.

Plenty of parking in the roads nearby. 15 minutes drive from Malaga airport (around €23 by taxi) Close to Torremolinos but at the best part of the beach where it joins Benalmadena. The hotel has lots of facilities and there are many bars and restaurants in the area.

“LOVELY HOTEL GREAT STUDIO”
Spent 4 weeks January/February in studio on 7th floor great view of sea and marina everything you need in studio cleaning and bed linen and towels every week laundry behind reception. Entertainment every night in hotel.Lots of restaurants and bars along street immediately outside reception. Large swimming pool and small pool for children plus tennis court and access direct to promenade and beach. Cheap bus service to Malaga and many local tourist attractions on top main road.

The description of the accommodation from the owner was very accurate. Even towards the end of the season the accommodation was clean and tidy Situated in a front line hotel the is a fine view over the gardens and the promenade to the sea; There are a large number of restaurants around the hotel and the prices are very good Situated about 200 meters from Banelmadena marina there id all the nightlife you could ever want

“Apartment in Sol Timor GREAT SEA VIEW”
I had a nice week in Keith's apartment in the hotel Sol Timor. The sea view was great. The apartment was nice and clean and had everything I needed. The apartment is in a great central location. I went to Pub Carlos every night and made it my local for the week. Also enjoyed the food at the Carvery and the Spanish Garden restaurant Which are across the road from the hotel I would recommend this Beach Front Studio Apartment.

Our stay in this privately rented studio in sol timor was all that we hoped for.It was well equiped with a nice kitchen,a twin bedded room,and a modern bathroom.The balcony faced east with sea views and sunshine until 1 pm.in the winter.The hotel staff were pleasant and helpful.
“A great apartment in a prime spot”
We stayed in this studio in early October for 10 days. This was our first time in a studio as we normally would book a 1 or 2 bedroomed apartment. We were a little apprehensive about booking a smaller place at first but we found the studio to be more than enough for our stay. It is very compact and you would want for nothing for your stay here. The balcony had a great view over looking the pool and the promenade, great for having 'al fresco' breakfasts and the odd glass of wine of a night. The kitchen was well fitted and clean and most of the appliances were new . The main room/ bedroom was good, it was fitted out with 2 full size single beds and all the usual trimmings. There was plenty of hanging space in the wardrobe and a safety deposit box in the room . (key reqd from reception at a small cost, but worth every penny). There are plenty of bars / restaurants/cafe's right on your door step. And the promenade had plenty of bar/grills and restaurants. All in all this apartment was great. Yes, we had a few little glitches that were sorted out by the owner, who was readily available on the telephone. A slight mix up on arrival with the key (hotels reception at fault !!) and a troublesome door handle, But both sorted out as i said. We would certainly use this apartment again and look for a return soon early on in 2013. Mr and Mrs Leslie Room
Owner's reply: Thank you for your review. It is always very helpful when clients take the time to leave details of their holiday on Trip Advisor like this. I have spoken to the hotel manager about the slight hickup at reception which I understand was resolved after just a few minutes. It seems that the new receptionist was not aware that the keys for private owners are kept separately to the keys for the studios owned by the hotel. This ensures that my studios cannot be used by the hotel without my knowledge, and the system works well. The handle to the bathroom has been changed to ensure that guests cannot inadvertently lock the door now! I am pleased you enjoyed your holiday and look forward to seeing you again this year. the studios that we rented were top class, lovely and clean, well equipped, just as discribed, location excellent, beautiful pool, good entertainment, definatley recommend, something for all ages, easy access to all amenities, lovely restaurants all within walking distance.
