Description

Playamar / Torremolinos Studio of 38 M2 with large living room, kitchen, bathroom and terrace with beautiful views of the pool and garden and only 300 meters from the beach ... Very nice for a person or a couple. Nice quiet place to live all year for a few days or for weeks Pools open from mid June to mid September !!! Study is private. Spanish and international guests. That is to go to the beach, go shopping or drinks as look any leisure, the area gives us very great opportunities with or without a car. car park will be on the streets around. But taxi and bus stop just 50M Nearby there are tennis, paddle tennis, mini-golf, golf, water park, golf and many water activities in summer and a cocktail bar area for weekends

Getting around

Walking in the area is the best! There is also a bus 300 meters to go to the center of Malaga. From the studio to the center of Torremolinos there are 10 minutes walking and to the beach 5 minutes. The supermarkets, banks or restaurants bars are in a circle of 200 meters :-)

Interaction with guest

Seize the arrival of guests to deliver keys and give information. Then they can contact me if they need it by phone or Internet. Since I live 5 minutes away from there it is easy to be able to attend to you.

Es el segundo año que vamos y volvemos igual de encantados.El estudio es muy completo y la comunidad y zona de la piscina muy tranquila.Alain es el perfecto anfitrión,muy pendiente de que todo estuviera bien y siempre disponible.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Alan (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
