Fantastic penthouse located in Costa del Sol-Paseo Marítimo Torremolinos. Deluxe attic is right on the beach by the promenade and it has wonderful seaviews. Tastefully furnished with lovely Andalusian style furniture.
Deluxe quarter with garden area. Two pools (opened during summer period), paddle court, basketball and soccer. Very well located: close to the airport, the railway and the town centre. The best vacations at the beach.

“Fantastic penthouse, perfect location”
We have been going to the Torremolinos/Benalmadena area for Semana Santa for the past few years (fantastic processions and celebrations in Arroyo de la Miel and Benalmadena Pueblo) and this is by far the best apartment we have stayed in. The penthouse was immaculate, well decorated and our every need was catered for. It really did feel like a home from home and we didn't want to leave. The rooms are spacious and the beds are so comfortable. Two spacious bathrooms with plenty of towels which was great. Fantastic roof terrace, equipped with sun loungers and 2 large tables and chairs, which gets the sun all day and has lovely views of the beach to the front and the mountains to the back. There is also a large terrace off the lounge where you can sit with a glass of vino and watch the world go by. On previous occasions when we have rented accommodation we have had to buy the basics, i.e. washing up liquid, soap powder, salt, pepper etc and sometimes we would be lucky to be left a bottle of water. This apartment was well stocked with all the basics and there was even a bottle of wine and some beer in the fridge. The whole booking process was very easy and Daniel was extremely helpful throughout. Unfortunately we did not get to meet Daniel but we did meet his lovely Mum, Rosa. The penthouse is located in a beautiful, quiet, well-maintained and safe urbanisation. The gardens are beautiful with small ponds which are home to lots of terrapins, fish and families of ducks. Very serene. There are a couple of swimming pools (unfortunately they were closed in April) but they looked lovely. The penthouse is ideally situated directly across from the beach where you will find plenty of bars, restaurants and a reasonably sized supermarket (the larger Super Sol) is a five minute walk out the back of the building. Plenty of lovely chiringuitos along the beach, ideal for lunch or a drink watching the sun go down. It is a 15 minute walk to La Colina train station (out the back way) which is one stop from Torremolinos train station, although you can also walk along the promenade and reach Torremolinos beach side in 15 minutes. Just before Hotel Melia, turn right up the narrow winding cobbled street lined with shops (don't forget to stop in at El Dorada for fantasic tapas and wine), and it will take you up to the main pedestrianised area of Torremolinos with many shops, bars, restaurants and the train station. Or if you keep walking along the promenade you will come to Cariheula and then Benalmadena Marina (about 45 mins to 1 hour from the penthouse). I could go on all day about it, but all in all, this is a fantastic penthouse in a great area. We had a fabulous holiday and we will definitely return in the not too distant future.
“Wonderful apartment, lovely views and everything you could ask for!”
We have just returned from a 1 week stay in this apartment, and will certainly be back. It has loads of space, a large living room and well equipped kitchen, as well as 3 spacious bedrooms and a roof terrace (accessed only via this apartment - not shared) which is huge!! There's a lovely sea view, and the beach is literally a 2 minute walk away! The apartment itself is in large grounds with immaculate gardens and 2 swimming pools (sun beds can be hired from the lifeguard for €1 a day!!), and its extremely secure and feels lovely and safe. The family who rent the apartment are really lovely and very kind. In fact, the only complaint is the piano player next door with the very limited range of music! All in all, this was a lovely holiday which was largely due to the quality if his apartment. Can't wait to come back.
“Amazing - Everything you could want in a holiday apartment”
We were travelling as a family of 6 with 4 adult children ( 21, 19 , and 2 18 year olds). This apartment was more than big enough and was beautiful as well. We were met by Daniel's parents who made us feel very welcome and explained everything in the apartment. They also showed us where the nearest SuperMercado was and where to go to eat economically. We had a wonderful time and recommend this apartment very highly! The apartment has everything you need and was more than big enough to handle my four BIG kids and ourselves. It is very close to restaurants and nightlife also. The free underground reserved parking was a great bonus too!
“Delightful place to unwind and relax.”
My mother and I stayed at Costa Lago for a week. Loved the place! It was our second stay since we were there in April. The apartment is roomy, well furnished and immaculate. The owners are friendly and welcoming. The solarium is the place to be when you want sun. Our favorite place? The terrace overlooking the beautifully groomed gardens and wonderful beach. For my elderly mother having the elevator with a private key was a source of comfort and security. Also, the bus stop in front of the complex was very convenient. Lots of restaurants only a few steps away. Delightful? Indeed.
“Stunning Family Apartment with Amazing Private Roof Terrace and Sea Views”
We booked this apartment for a week in early October 2012 for a family holiday and could not have asked for much more in terms of quality of accommodation, space and location of the apartment opposite the beach, shops and restaurants. Moreover, the apartment is situated in a secure private residential complex providing that extra bit of safety and comfort needed with having a young family. The grounds are well landscaped and provide for a great place to relax and unwind in the Spanish sun! Also within the grounds are private swimming pools and play areas. We were greeted by the owners on arrival who are really friendly and genuinely helpful to ensure everything was in order for our stay. We were given their numbers in case we need to contact them about pretty much anything, if needed. The location is great - we could walk to Torrelmolinos town which is only a short stroll down the beach promenade. Overall, anyone who stays here will not at all be dissapointed. We will definitely be booking this again for Spring holiday!
This apartment is very nicely furnished with all mod cons, dishwasher, washing machine ect. It has a generous sized balcony for outdoor dining or best of all upstairs is a fabulous sun terrace with sun loungers and tables and chairs where you have sun all day through to the evening when you can watch the sun set.The complex is very good, plenty of shade, sunbeds a Euro a day, 2 good pools and a poolside bar as well. The sea views are delightfull with the beach just across the road. The only problem we encountered was that the front bedroom was noisy at night, but as we were only two couples we moved to one of the back bedrooms where it was quiet.

Très bel appartement, luxueux, bien situé avec une vue magnifique sur la mer, propre, bien entretenu, grand et calme. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour car nous cherchions un appartement calme et pas loin des commodités, c'est ce que nous avons eu. Peut-être la résidence où il y a l'appartement est moins calme en haute saison, en fait nous avon occupé cet appartement du 29 octobre au 5 novembre 2011. Nous avons beaucoup aimé le grand balcon et la terrasse où nous avons passé beaucoup de temps. Les propriétaires sont très polis et gentils et ils nous ont fait confiance. Ils n'ont même pas contôlé l'appartement devant nous avant notre départ et nous avons bien apprécié ça. Ils ne nous ont même pas demandé une caution le jour de notre arrivée. J'espère que les futurs clients ne vont pas profité de cette confiance. Je recommande cet appartement et si un jour retourne à Torremolinos je choisirai sûrement cet appartement.

This apartment is not the cheapest around but is worth every euro. Nicely furnished with quality fittings. It is located within minutes of the beach with magnificent views of sunrise and sunset. It is totally secure, key needed to operate lift to penthouse apartments. The gardens are huge with good pool area. ideal for families. would highly recommend.
“Simply ideal and a pleasure!”
We were three (3) couples staying in the condo for 6 days and are frequent travelers to Europe and around the world. The place is immaculate, more spacious than anticipated and idealy located in Torremolinos, within walking distance of all conveniences and meters away from the beautiful costa del sol beach. The owners greeted us warmly, in English and in Spanish, as prearranged, and were most helpful with providing information. Parking is easy (we had two cars), including one interior parking space. Sunset dinners from one of the two spacious terrasses are very special. And, people in the condo complex are warm, welcoming and friendly. Highly recommended without any hesitation.
